Hi Kaye, Thanks for sharing your recipes. I really recommend watching a documentary called Reversed. There are 2 parts I believe. Many doctors out there believe the ADA has the carb recommendations too high. Just wanted to mention in case you or your husband are interested in doing some research on your own.
