How to make your own Stickers for Resin? #resincrafts #resin #sticker
1. Design your sticker using graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator or Canva. Make sure that the design is compatible with a laser printer and includes areas that will be foiled.
2. Print your design using a laser printer on a glossy or smooth paper. Avoid using textured or thick paper as it may affect the quality of the foiling.
3. Cut out the printed design using a cutting machine or scissors. Make sure that the edges are neat and clean.
4. Place the foiling sheet over the printed design with its shiny side up. Make sure that it covers the areas of the design that you want to foil.
5. Use a Foiling machine or a heat press to apply the foil onto the design. Follow the instructions that come with your Hedi swap mic foiling machine. Generally, you need to apply heat and pressure to the foil sheet for a few seconds.
6. Let the design cool down and then carefully peel off the foiling sheet. You should see the foil adhering to the printed design.
7. If there are any areas where the foil does not stick, you can repeat the process of applying the foil.
8. Cut out the foiled design using a cutting machine or scissors.
9. Peel off the backing paper of the sticker and apply it to the surface where you want it.
10. Pat yourself on the back for creating a beautiful foiled sticker!

Process: To make heat-reactive stickers, you will need the following materials
1. Heat-reactive foil: You can purchase heat-reactive Foil online or at a local craft store. Choose a color that you like for your stickers.
2. Clear sticker paper: This can also be found online or at a craft store. Make sure it is suitable for printing with a Laser printer.
3. Laser printer: You will need a Laser printer to print the design on clear sticker paper.
4. Design software: Use graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or online platforms like Canva to create your sticker design.
5. Scissors or cutting machine: You will need scissors to cut out your stickers or a cutting machine if you have one available.

I tried to foil my printed sticker sheet with lazer printing with the laminator using printer paper for protection . But there were many places where the foil dint stick. What would be the optimum temperature of the laminator for this process ?
More over the plastic sheets that you used before laminating wont it stick to each other after coming out of the laminator ?

If you don’t have the protective sheets you can use printer paper. If I’m not wrong I believe you’re asking me about the sticker sheets actually I’m using laser printer transparent sheets and links are listed in the description. Thank you 🙏

No, the foiling machine is specifically designed for foiling, while laminating is a separate process. However, you can use the foiling machine to foil stickers; you just need to determine how many passes are needed.

Isn't it easier to create these with a Cricut Maker Machine?
For small stickers it’s really hard to cut in cricut and weeding out every little piece of vinyl so I always prefer to use foil stickers for my small projects and yes for larger projects cricut is on top of my list.
I try to make stickers with this technique but my foil attached with all papers😢
