west actualy did this multiple times, one instant after ww1 brits, france and usa only "invited" hungary to sign the "peace treaty" (more like a dictatum or ultimatum), the hungarian delegate tried everything to change the outcome but in the end it was pointless, causing hungary to lose 2/3 of its historical and rightful territories and millions of ethnic hungarians were separated, forced to live in occupation and oppression by other nations
now with this conflict west try to do the same, forcing the victor russians to sign an ultimatum what would be deadly for ethnic russians living in luhansk, donbass, donect and zaporizia, ukro nazis 100 will take revenge not only on ethnic russians but other minorities, and if ukraine join nato they will attack russia for revenge and drag every nato member in a world war

It’s ridiculous to talk about peace or ceasefire in Ukraine without Russia’s participation. Ukraine (or NATO for that matter) cannot unilaterally declare a ceasefire. Maybe in a few months, when Biden leaves office, Ukraine will be able to negotiate with Russia.
They want to force a "peace treaty" upon Russia and then when Russia refuses the "peace treaty" they will use this an excuse for either full blown Nato intervention or a nuclear strike on Russia. And then go " oops Russia did not listen to our gang"

The war is propping up the value of USD and Euro ... that's why they don't want to end it. Given that USD and Euros have lost great volumes in global trade, you would expect them to devalue but the war is helping because weapons sales are in USD. If the war ends today, USD will devalue significantly. Ukrainians are farked by the US and they still don't get it.

We all should take notice ov how negotiating is done. For example today I'll meet with myself to decide on agreeing 10milion loan from my bank with only 1pound a year repayments. No need for my bank to be there, I can decide fine on my own and it seems that according to western interpretation of law and order the bank is required to accept my decision.
