I mean, it's more about quality, though. If we can't get an Indycar game on the same level of F1 games, there's no point of having one. I wish SRX had a game that was on that level.
Project cars 2 has the best indycar content on a modern system, I think. If you haven’t, it’s worth checking out for indycar stuff alone.
If you haven’t yet, you HAVE to experience the SRX using the wheel. Especially on asphalt. The controller experience does not do it justice.
How’s the force feedback on the wheel? Hopefully it feels good on a direct drive wheel

@@Jpilgrim30 It feels really good this time around. On the asphalt in particular there are some strong resemblance is to project cars 2. And on dirt, the wheel feels really good to me. And the cool thing is you can really feel the difference between the different classes of car is this time around. The sprint cars with the lighter front end feels alot lighter than the stadium trucks which feel so much heavier. This game is definitely, although still accessible to the casual racer, is one that can be enjoyed by the hardcore sim racer as well.

Gonna have to start learning a bit more about these local tracks my man. Some of them are real. All races in the SRX series are real.

Slinger is real. headed there tonight, and it truly is the world's fastest 1/4 mile. track is literally a baby Bristol speedway
Nashville is about 45 mins from me it has amazing racing

Slinger is a premier nationally known short track. Holds one of the most premier LM and SLM races in the country
such a cool looking track is like drag racing with super tight corners. short track racing is honestly soo much better to watch the snooze fest nascar. they are always on edge and races are the perfect length

The 305’s and the late models drive a lot different than the previous Tony Stewart and NASCAR heat games

If they combined this, Tony Stewart's Sprint Car Racing, and All-American Racing into one game, it might actually be worth it imo
I said this 5 days ago, but I’ll reiterate, you absolutely HAVE to experience this on a wheel, especially on the asphalt. The controller experience does not do this justice AT ALL. I really want to see you run a couple of races with the wheel before simply chalking it up to another arcade racer. It’s not hardcore sim, but it’s a heck of a lot closer than you will give it credit for by just sticking to the controller. TRUST ME. Just try it! Give us THAT video 😄I truly want to see your reaction to this game on the wheel, because the difference in feeling is night and day.
I would love if you made this a series
I would love to see a career mode. Its similar but different to NH5 career mode where it a straight up points battle and it could be very intense.
This was so entertaining to watch. Those sprint cars are insane to handle. Would love to see more!

Iracing has a great indy car racing series. With the dalara indy car with the halo cockpit. They are a blast to run
Late models feel different than heat. Trucks are also very fun. For me all the series are fun as hell. All the dirt series’ are fun as hell.

I bought this game yesterday after watching a video on it. I am really impressed. super late models are a blast. It's unfortunate that this game seems linked to Nascar Heat because this game is miles better than Heat in my opinion. Well worth 27.99 on the PS Store.

The key to the dirt stuff is go as fast as possible while keeping the car as straight as possible is a delicate balance

I honestly think the career mode is really fun. It's really impressed me given my expectations going in and I've found myself really grinding this stuff out and just having fun! I also definitely recommend a wheel too which is something I'd never recommend for the Heat games.

Also you should definitely get your hands on a World of Outlaws game (either ps2 or xbox360/ps3) they were really fun.
No joke, that is how sprint cars handle, you slide in the corner, but if they touch, a flip is bound to happen

The original DiRT Rally was the same as it came out of nowhere with no marketing at all. And Paul Coleman the chief designer is now with Motorsport Games... Limited as it may be it seems that at least somebody tried with this one...

As little as I drove the late models in Heat 4-5, personally so far I'd say the late models handle and drive better. Can't just full throttle it at most tracks, so either I'm just trash, or they do actually handle way better. Would definitely love to see you come back to it! I've had more fun on this than any of the Heat games honestly.

Used to watch all your Heat and other Nascar Careers. Saw this, Slinger Speedway is real, it's about a half an hour north of Milwaukee. I've raced there a few times in their lower classes, have 3 buddy's that race 3 different classes there. It's a cool track, very hard on the body though. The paint schemes will be what you see. Just like IROC back in the day.

Your starting position in the second heat is based off of your finish in the first heat. So say I got last n the first heat I would start on the pole in the second heat. But in the Main you start where you finish in the second heat.
