Indeed , I never focus on English grammar but I learn example phrases by heart and that helps a good deal . My ultimate goal (for many years now) is understanding beautiful English books (e.g. Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte) and UA-cam videos without having to use a dictionary , and even writing and talking in that advanced level ( ultimately) . Slow and steady wins the race for this staunch English learner.

Well, at the end of the day it all comes on our steong why, our future desire with English and, building a nice personalised method of study which lives around our daily life and not vice versa, we must not change our daily schedule because we want to study a new language. I'm supposing that we are talking about learning a new language as a pleasure and not imposed by school or work reasons, well...for work reasons time and do it fast could be a duty. Anyway, motivation comes and go but if we build a strong vivid why and we imagine ourselves as fluent speakers whole living our dream experiences, plus a personal method, there dream will became true! Hello all-year princess! you are able to recharge our batteries every time you appear on your youtube channel to let us have a look to other gems of the english language! Well, I'm learning english, cause I consider it as the most beautiful language in the world and I manifest my desire to speak your language even dreaming in english sometimes...but the thing is that during my english dream one of the characters of the dream looks at me and he's like: Ehi dude, speak better my language, cause I don't understand a single word of what you're saying, you stupid thing!!! :-) As for romanticise english, well, I think I slog every day for at least one hour trying to practise, perfectionate and improve my pronunciation and listening skills. I wish all that knuckling down paid off! I'm used to writing out all I hear in english, I've got lot's of notebooks full of nouns, adjectives, verbs, phrasal verbs, idioms and slang in english. Podcasts are a good way to enhance your skills in english, but speaking remains the best way to apprehend a language, from my perspective. "The struggle you're in today, is developing the strength you need for tomorrow"...ok, this means that tomorrow I'll be the Hercules of the english language ahahahah! Hello all-year princess! you are able to recharge our batteries every time you appear on your youtube channel to let us have a look to other gems of the english language! Well, I'm learning english, cause I consider it as the most beautiful language in the world and I manifest my desire to speak your language even dreaming in english sometimes...but the thing is that during my english dream one of the characters of the dream looks at me and he's like: Ehi dude, speak better my language, cause I don't understand a single word of what you're saying, you stupid thing!!! :-) As for romanticise english, well, I think I slog every day for at least one hour trying to practise, perfectionate and improve my pronunciation and listening skills. I wish all that knuckling down paid off! I'm used to writing out all I hear in english, I've got lot's of notebooks full of nouns, adjectives, verbs, phrasal verbs, idioms and slang in english. Podcasts are a good way to enhance your skills in english, but speaking remains the best way to apprehend a language, from my perspective. "The struggle you're in today, is developing the strength you need for tomorrow"...ok, this means that tomorrow I'll be the Hercules of the english language ahahahah!
