Mechanical Animals (1998) is his third album ( 4th with ep Smells like children) , he always change his look in every album, this was his most different change, this song Is one of my favorites, always play in his concerts, the final riff is hypnotic , sadly never been played ( Is a great riff that Zim Zum recorded)
Marilyn Manson - 1996. You can basically pick any song off of any Manson album and it's probably going to be pretty damn good. He's also got a cover of a Charles Manson song called My monkey on his first album.
This song is the opener to his 3rd studio album "Mechanical Animals" which is a concept album. It's honestly too much to explain but you can look it up in Wikipedia. I've always loved the lyric "All my stitches itch, my prescriptions low". Another words, if you have stitches it's because you had a wound and it's in the healing process, thus the itching. HIs prescription (for pain) is low meaning he has to still FEEL the pain of a wound in recovery. His real name is Brian Warner. He used to go to College near me in S. Florida. He started as a journalist and eventually got into music and started a band. His androgyny, especially in this album, reminded me of a David Bowie mixed w/ Alice Cooper, very dark glam. No matter HOW "weird" he may have come across he's INCREDIBLY intelligent and well spoken and a decent guy, one who has had his issues w/ mental health and drug abuse too.

I love how MM doesn’t go Verse, Chorus, verse, chorus; but instead builds up with verse, chorus, balls-to-the-wall mega chorus, then quiet again
🔥🔥

His best two songs are long hard road out of hell and speed of pain

Devil beneath me feet from manson is a good one I listen to it every day
Finally!!!!!!!
Along with being a Musician he is also an actor. Yes he had a small role in the tv show Sons of Anarchy where he was playing a character not himself.
Thanks
This song is basically the account of a recovering coke head experiencing the world again for the first time, and sorely being disappointed.
I think this song is about cocaine
