come on guys pro bono is a way to fight injustice. Justice only when all benefits from justice system. not only for people with fat big fortunes.good job india pro bono. you create a civil society with equality.
being a lawyer myself I really enjoyed your speech... but I feel the access to justice to poor man is very difficult as there being many loopholes in the judicial system itself ... & a few other aspects that also should have been touched upon apart from empathy... great speech though 👍👍👍
Sonal Das yeah ur right she should have touched other aspects but nonetheless it was a stepping stone to change the mindset of the people about lawyers .Long live the Legal Profession!!!
From the entire video of 18 minutes 44 seconds, some of y'all chose to pick up just the '120 million lawyers' thing which was clearly a slip of tongue? Y'all ok?
Mam your efforts for this talk is highly appreciated. M myself in learning stage...and it was totally relatable what you were talking about... thankyou for aiding ppl seeking real meaning in legal career 👏👏👏👏👌✍️✨
Swatiji nice work.. keep it up.. actually the entire legal fraternity needs to actually go pro bono for the betterment of the society.. particularly those who affected by the administration that always dances to the tune of political heavyweight S...
Nlu’s itself are doing injustice with fees 3lakh per Annum how lower class will afford it those face problems are not getting admissions in these law schools 2. Max NLU’s graduates want good packages they don’t care about society hats off to you for being an exception 3. Long waiting time in courts if you want to fight a case in lower courts you have to really struggle a lot. 4. Make courts online in which lawyers can do all these probono cases at ease because we know technology
Why aren't they even doing pro bono work you're in India stick up for the people in India the citizens that's why you obviously become a lawyer ... or it should be the main reason anyone becomes a lawyer!!!
Absolutely Right, all British created Rotten education system, and the Laws need to be destroyed as they destroyed our ANCIENT INDIA VEDIC EDUCATION SYSTEM
Congratulations Swati on winning Pradeep Poonia case against white hat junior. We really need lawyers like you.
What happened sir about case
Most lawyers in litigation anyway earn pennies in India .It is the senior adv who need to get down from their high horses.
It is only a moral class nothing but
There are 1.2 million, not 120 million lawyers in India
I guess Swathi is handling case for Pradeep Poonia against Whitehat jr. More power to both of you...
