      I know this comment's kind of old now but you're thinking of his main channel. This one is the international one, and it's very Westernized. This is the first video I've seen on it and I much prefer his main channel lol, I can't stand that popular western style of video editing with music and bad shit 😄

      Hot pot dipping sauce doesn’t really have a recipe it’s just a bunch of sauces u put together like soy sauce vinegar garlic chili peanut sauce whatever u want

    Hairy tripe, duck intestine, and carp... as Andrew Zimmern would say "Not for beginners." LOL This one is proof that American Chinese food and authentic Chinese food have little in common. But it's good to know he uses a premade hot pot base too.
