It is refreshing to. See a young doctor with sincerity and honesty really caring for humanity, unlike doctors that look @ $ signs and do u necessay procedures. Be responsible with your health eat right foods, small portions, avoid a sedentary life you will be surprised by your choices

Its wholistic. But if you have stress and eat the right diet, heart disease will plummet. Sadly people have no idea how high their blood lipids are, it builds over decades until the damage is irreversible.

Sanjay, you are spot on. Ever since I started being more mindful, happy, present, eliminated alcohol completely from my life, eating whole foods, taking fish oils, magnesium, sleeping better, all of my health issues resolved. I now know why. I reduced the inflammation.

There are three things that I've learned you should never allow to get out of control: 1)inflammation 2)insulin resistance and 3) oxidative stress. I'm sure there is more but if you can keep those three in check, along with maintaining a good immune system, you'll save yourself from a lot of medical headaches in your life.

      -Muscle and/or joint pain
      -Wrinkles and grey hair

    • @fisterhr
      @fisterhr Рік тому +9

@@jacquidan01 YOu should ask your doctor. He/she can guide you in the right direction OR, you should consult with a naturopath. On your next doctor visit, ask for a fasting insulin test, something they usually don't order unless you ask for it. They may tell you that the A1c is enough, but that is not true. You can have a normal sugar count and still have insulin levels out of the normal levels and that is VERY DANGEROUS if it doesn't get addressed soon. Ask for the insulin fasting test or demand it! Don't take no for an answer. if your doctor refuses to do it, find another one or pay for it out of pocket because it is VERY IMPORTANT. If your fasting insulin levels are out of range, then you need to ask your doctor for help in fixing that. If you read between the lines of what I'm advising you here, you'll notice that I'm helping you to push your doctor to get TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM, instead of allowing him/her to prescribe medication to treat something for life, instead of curing it. Does that make sense?

@@halimahabduljabbar5162 Odds are, there are lifestyle changes you can make to improve your cholesterol numbers. That’s true because, more often than not, unhealthy behaviors are the main culprits behind high cholesterol.
Your body naturally produces all the LDL (bad) cholesterol it needs. An unhealthy lifestyle - not enough exercise, too many unhealthy foods - makes your body produce more LDL cholesterol than it needs. This is the cause of high LDL cholesterol for most people.
Behaviors that can negatively affect your cholesterol levels include:
      Unhealthy diet
      Lack of physical activity
Smoking or exposure to tobacco smoke
      Excess weight

    Dear Dr Gupta,
Interesting talk never cease to rise the awareness to negate the effects of cholesterol. Being a retired medic, routine cardiac investigation showed the changes only to have stent in the widow maker artery. Although kept up with good health prior to only forcing me to study, learn nutrition experimenting on myself a triad of losing weight, nutritious diet and exercise. My blood pressure came down dramatically, all the blood results are bang normal. Blockages in the artery made me more resolute to address the issue without a fear which most patients do. I did relocate to India soon after retirement. I am on plant based diet. My balanced food of dietary fibre, antioxidants and anti inflammatory nutrients come from the home cooked meal. In a month I get through chia seeds, basil seeds, millets, legumes, beans, fruits, vegetables, spinach both green and red, balsamic vinegar. I call this biotuning over a period of nine months.
I don’t have question. I only have solution to avoid processed and ultra processed food. Kitchen gender free, if we don’t spend quality time in the kitchen with fresh produce only to end up spending part of life in the hospital.
    Bas.

The amount of cholesterol you eat, ironically has no effect on preventing heart disease. Zero Heart attacks sky rocketed when they started homogenizing milk and stopped feeding cows grass. Grass creates k2 in milk. It's why I drink organic milk. However, organic milk only is 30% grass fed. back in the day it was 100% grass fed. Homogenized milk Scratches the artery walls and creates lesions. Cholesterol is the scar tissue that repairs these lesions. Constant repair makes these plaques thicker and thicker until it causes a heart attack. Doctors will Say Sticky cholesterol that, and good cholesterol this and bad cholesterol , whatever, But it's the scientist that say k2 cures heart disease. The doctors are the ones who are taught by reading what the scientist say. But the Corporation dictates what information the scientist can provide to the Doctors, The cardiologist of the world, today are forced by the corporation to follow to listen to what man said in 1951 Paul Dudley .The man was a fraud who worked for the corporation. Go figure

I wish Dr. Gupta was my Cardiologist. I wish he was my GP. I may never have needed a Cardiologist. I doubt he's ever had the freedom to fully treat his patients the way he would like, the time, honesty and fast-track solutions! It's all in his head, makes him an exceptional doctor but not utilized. Let him loose! Break free, Sanjay! For us! For yourself!

I think God for you! What I love about your videos is that although you provide great information, you also understand the importance of not highlighting the worst case scenario’s. You understand that people with heart concerns are already stressed and you don’t add to the fear. Thank you so much! I pray that God continues to bless your business, your family and your life.
