Here's the day-by-day itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrive in Zurich/Geneva and take a train to Interlaken. Interlaken and Lake Brienze siteseeing
Day 2 - Train to Lauterbrunnen - Explore Lauterbrunnen
Day 3 - Lauterbrunnen to Jungfraujoch (Top of Europe)
Day 4 - Lauterbrunnen to Grindelwald
Day 5 - Lauterbrunner/Grindelwald to Zermatt
Day 6 - Zermatt to Gornergrat
Day 7 - Zermatt to Geneva/Zurich
If you have more time consider 1 Extra day in Grindelwald, 1 Extra day in Zermatt for Glacier Paradise.
Tips :
Check webcams before going up to any mountains for live weather.
Travel pass- I made all calculations and figured out that for this trip getting a Swiss half-fare card is the best option and you should use the SBB app to purchase all tickets in advance.

Well, that really depends a lot on the weather, makes such a big difference. If possible stay longer in a certain area and plan accordingly.

Please don't advertise for Switzerland. The country is overflooded with tourists. This has become nuisance for locals and for tourists just as well, who have to wait on line for given sites and are annoyed by the noisy crowds.
