Interesting. Spectators could barely move and I wasn’t even able to buy food because of the long lines. I’ve seen pre-pandemic crowds and I say the crowd was bigger this year.
This was definitely bigger than pre-pandemic. I'd say about 2x more people than the last time I was there for 4th of July about 6-7 years ago, maybe more. I don't remember it ever being this busy in the "beforetimes"
@@TohaBgood2 I used to lived in Hayward. Ya, there are people watching people dancing, etc. Unlike back in the days/years is full of people from one end of street to another. I see more homeless than normal people. That's every states nowadays!
@@caliwalks Well, people got to eat, so buying food will line-up. I used to lived in Hayward. I like S.F. and disliking to go there due to the traffic, altho is all about having great times in S.F. No matter how it compare now vs. 2018 2017 and so on... No way it's the same, and different kind of fun crowd, not just seeing people walking and shopping.
@@I-Told-U-So This is pure nonsense. First of all these new events at Union Square simply didn't exist before the pandemic. All the action was around Ghirardelli Square where people watch the fireworks later. The actual fireworks at Ghirardelli had a much higher turnout this year. If you actually lived here, why don't you know this?
1:39:02 Wow, that's an insane line for In and out. It's good to see a crowded Pier 39 again.
Fun to see the fireworks, can't have them in our county, fire danger is extreme. And the shops on the pier, my kind of day.
Like from Kazakhstan!
Awesome!
Was a busy night in San Francisco. Worst traffic to get out. Beautiful to see tho
👍♥️💯
It used to be very crowded. It's probably about 6 to 8 times more people celebrating by Pier 39.

Wish all the businesses that closed during the pan and uo to now were still around . They all would have been doing well now
The vast majority of the pandemic businesses have already reopened. The media is just addicted to the doom loop narrative.
San Francisco. A third world country.
Lol, what? 🤡🤡🤡
