As someone who was lucky enough to do that it's fucking awesome. Nothing like going to pub having a pint of the black stuff as the bartender chats with you and ya have some fish and chips
I see so many people visit the UK and they just order a mass produced Euro fizz larger. Try the local ales they are delicious! Saying that most Brits my age just have a pint of Stella 😒.
That's not something specific to the UK. People buy cheap euro fizz because it's mass produced and cheap as fuck (€0.35 for 500ml 5.2% german pils?). Which reminds of the main issue with UK beers - low alcohol. Even the stouts and EIPAs are in the lower 4%, while I personally prefer an IPA of 6+, weiss of at least 5.4 and 7-9% Belgians that have aged for at least 6 months. Still, not as bad as my experience in Norway (alcohol-wise) but that's a whole new level of problems they've got there.
Hi there. It's properly referred to India Pale Ale (not "The Indian" as per the caption) and, when she describes the nose, she says resin and not raisin :-).
When people say, I don’t like beer, they more often than not mean, I don’t like the bitterness that comes from the hops. However, there are many styles of lager that use almost no hops, and even depending on when you add the hops, some ales with hops have all the layers of flavor and very little bitterness, if any at all.
The proper way of pouring beer is when the foam is at least two to three fingers width, just like Czech and German beer! That way the beer remains fresher because of the foam acting as a seal against the oxygenation from oxygen.
Great video. I love to sip strong, cold IPA out of a talk wine glass too. I buy 330ml cans of Life & Death IPA - at 6.7% abv it's a rich and crisp strong beer to be sipped and savored, not swigged as I would enjoy a pint of Guinness/stout.
I did not like the beer, because I was introduced to me as a common cheap lager, you can buy everywhere. When I have educated myself about all the styles and how it is made, I have got appreciation for quality beer and now I love a carefully crafted beers. But I still hate the cheap common beer people like to drink in liters :)
Fuller's brewery and their beer is amongst my absolute favorites. After watching this inane, pretentious and shallow video, I don't know if I will drink a beer for the rest of the week.
I wish I could go to a cozy British pub spend a lovely evening!

Bloody hell if I go to a pub, I want a full pint!
A few pints of stout before and after the match
hahaha the ipa tasted of ‘resin’ not ‘raisin’ like the editing said 😂
I'd love to taste them someday. Greetings from Belgium. Lambic, I didn't know you have them too, I like them.
I drink a IPA in a good quality wine glass and it makes some much difference, love this review, proper spot on and love the passion
Yes, a good beer in combination with food, that is the art.
Exactly how I feel. Same with wine.
Yes Beer wine Sprits Sake is an art form
Nothing better than a beer and some fish and chips
Bloody hell, mate, those beers look marvellous, innit? Cheers from El Paso, Texas!
Great presentation. Thanks. I like my bottled bitters, pale ales, browns, at about 14 degrees C from my beer fridge.

Stout or porter is lovely
British beer culture! Absolutely fascinating :)

A beer cheese dip is great with little sausage or pretzels. It’s not a crazy pair
I can't wait to Visit UK....
what's the name of the song?
Bitter bear was my favorite when I lived in Essex County as a young man

A pint of plain is your only man
Whats your favorite beer? All take a PB n J blonde ale or a dark peanut butter milk stout by belching beaver as my faves
The fast-forwarding and summary cracked me up ^^
Well done St Austell brewery for making Proper Job...Lovely!
Tribute is also lovely
Man,nothing better like good classic British pint! In times when people just put any crap to beer, from passing fruit to chicken!
Fantastic!! More from Jane Peyton please!!
Hand pumped cask conditioned dry hopped ale only for me!!!!!
This woman had good taste
I prefer stouts to any other drink, glad she didn't go for Guinness
Resin or raisin?
When I make it to England, I am never coming back.
1:47 -- wots an "Indian Pale Ale" then?? Very educational.
There is actually a serious theory that the founding of civilization was in response to the drive to supply the populace with beer 😮
Convincing us, that sour and bitter are desirable flavors
Beer goes best with a broken heart 👍
London Pride always my favorite ❤️

Beer and a bag of chips 😋
Now, say ‘bear’. 😂
I thought that bar man Sean O'Brien how to pull pints. G'day Sean

2 cans of beer for men and 1 can of beer for women a day is standard considered normal.
"Wine and beer?!? No!"
come on... talking shite there
If my friends ever see me eating cheese with beer...
Beer over wine all the time
I REMEMBER PUBS.
Same :( I really want to return to the homeland someday. For now I’m stuck in the US, but I miss the Isles sooo much.
I like Tetleys
Beer is a kind of meat. A tasty brown meat.

Nothing pretentious or shallow in this mate. And Fuller’s is a darling of beer enthusiasts actually.
Beer and cheese I don’t think so
I just wasted 5 minutes of my time.
Utter nonsense. Ales include IPAs and stouts.
JohnS1704 I think according to certain standards ale includes: ordinary bitter, best bitter, ESB, etc., while IPA and stouts are separate.
That’s just the title though. That’s not what the expert is talking about.
Stout all the way the good English drink not Irish stouts English
Lager lager lager
