- The Radeon HD 7730 was an entry-level graphics card by AMD, launched in May 2013. Built on the 28 nm process, and based on the Cape Verde graphics processor, in its Cape Verde LE variant, the card supports DirectX 12. Even though it supports DirectX 12, the feature level is only 11_1, which can be problematic with newer DirectX 12 titles. The Cape Verde graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 123 mm² and 1,500 million transistors. Unlike the fully unlocked Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition, which uses the same GPU but has all 640 shaders enabled, AMD has disabled some shading units on the Radeon HD 7730 to reach the product's target shader count. It features 384 shading units, 24 texture mapping units, and 8 ROPs. AMD has paired 1,024 MB GDDR5 memory with the Radeon HD 7730, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 800 MHz, memory is running at 1125 MHz.

I had a MSI HD7730 1GD5 for my ITX HTPC for few years, now it's in my mom's computer for basic display function. It is really a lovely card, low power low noise and never gave any driver issue.
Great windows xp retro gaming card. Wow not to mention the low MSRP price!! Gone are those days of cheap cards!
Yeah i am sure this would basically run any game that could start on windows xp withiut a problem
What are your drivers for the video card?
The newest ones available can be used with this card
My GT730 DDR3 died recently and I'm trying to upgrade the GPU. I've managed to find quite a few GPUs under $35: HD7730 (DDR5), R7-250 (DDR3), HD7790, HD6850, GTX460, GTX550Ti, GTX650, GT740, all of them have 1GB vRAM (I believe) and I'm very VERY confused.
Can you tell me which card I should pick?
Thanks.
The hd 7790 would be the best choice, it's basically a r7 260 and it still is a decent card for casual gaming, i made a video on its performance which you can check out below

@@Gaming_Assassin_ That's fantastic! My GT730 could barely run GTA-V at 30FPS, even with performance mods. 7790 seems to be able to handle the game at over 60FPS 1080p low settings. I'll most definitely pick this card.
Thanks!
Either the 7790 or r7 260, the 260 is a bit if a better choice since it is newer, but performance wise they are the same, so whichever is significantly cheaper will do the job
Its too bad this only have 1gb ddr3, i have the 2gb ddr5 version, runs like r7 250 in terms of low watt and performance
The gddr5 versions are often overpriced, at their price you can get a 1gb gddr5 r7 250 which is better
hello man i have question can i combined this with Ryzen 5600g+ Sapphire Radeon HD 7730 1GB GDDR5 ?
Yeah of course, but I think your integrated GPU is stronger than the 7730
@@Gaming_Assassin_ but can still improve my performance?
Oh I see what you are aiming for, that isn't really a thing nowadays, was quite popular back in the day of AMD A series chips, but combining IGPU with dedicated gpu is dead.
And besides, even dual gpu setups are dead, as Nvidia showed by removing SLI from new cards
is ddr5
the ddr3 is the 2gb version
This one is the 1gb gddr3 version, there is also a gddr5 1gb, and a 2gb ddr3
Can this gpu display 3 monitors at once?
Yes since it has 3 outputs it will run 3 monitors
720p low settings game worth it ?
Why not, i mean the card costs 15$ and with a good cpu and 8gb ram you can play quite a lot of games, not the most demanding ones but many games will run fine
I have a gddr5 version

can you send driver for this vga ?
Here you go, just choose the os you are using
