Its just an improved comfort bed a suitcase and a rocking chair... the room is basically a walk in closet lol 😅. Its so nice to cook for the entire community. Azure married her second renter >_> in mine thought I tried to stop it. ZiggY YarnZ was so into her and it kickef off... but I dont let them live together lol. No one likes that one Sim that kicked over the bin in my game. The homes of each sim are not allowed a kitchen, but may have their own private bathroom. So they get a small living room area, a private skill area, and huge bedroom. Ziggy had that animal drive... and got a cat. He seemed like a cat person. Azure loves the cat so its nice when the game kinda writes its own story as you play. Opal is everyone's bestie... Azure tried to woo her and Opal naturally shut it down so i left it that way... Azure was only married like 2 days 😢 like sims chill. lol I like the commune style build that is takin shape. Once a renter becomes an official community member they must contribute something significant to the shared space. It would be so cute for Beatrice to make the community space into a little patio cookout area! Then the Gardner sim can add a community garden and so on
It would be kind of fun to put your self sim into the world and make her the landlord of the lot for the challenge - fun little Easter egg for those doing the challenge but also good for letting these characters be the residents of tiny town!! :)
That sim with the yellow-blonde bob and sunglasses who keeps showing up at the food stall is captivating. A fashionista. I need to know more about her.
What if each sim also adds something from their interest to the community lot for others to use in their homes? So Azure might some of her paintings for the other sims to decorate their home with… Beatrice might add some small appliances, etc.
I started a home chef hustle playthrough recently where I only sold waffles, then my sim maxed out his cooking skill and I realised baked alaska sells for SO MUCH more than most other things. So now I have a waffle stall that exclusively sells baked alaska and no waffles 😂
I'm currently at the third person and fun thing is, the random wheel randomized first 3 sims from right lot one by one. I started with Beatrice, second was Azure and now I have Cyprus so they all live next to each other😃 But the start with cooking was tough and it took a lot of time, which, on the other hand, is good because it's not that easy and I can play more with one character. So thanks Deli for this awesome challenge😊😊I'm really enjoying it so far.
I’m new to sims and this challenge is so accessible! Thank you for making it! I have for Rent, although have never used it…so this will be an interesting way to dive in for the first time. My favorite part is that I’m learning how to build and trying out parts of sims I’ve never used before! I had no idea you could do a street sale for art! 😅
Hey Deli, loving this series so far, such a fun idea and the gameplay opportunities in the challenge are brilliant. I think when Tiny Town is up-and-running, there should be a little co-op in the middle, where the residents can share their wares with one another to help each other out, so there would be food and produce for them, and crafted items for others to furnish and decorae their tiny homes as they build, the book share library can be incorporated into it, and a little skill build area. It would really make a fab central hub for the Tiny Townonians!! xxx
I THINK food stored in the sale stall stores like it's in a refrigerator. So you don't need to move the food from the Fridge to the Stall. Just leave it in the stall.
i love how you work decor items into the story (like the pallets, moving them like your sim is tidying them versus just deleting them randomly). It makes it more like a real story versus just watching your gameplay
There's an item in Outdoor Escape that I placed when I downloaded this! It's a free item that has a toilet & shower in it, like a communal bathroom that you might find at a campground. Same kind of vibe, but makes the showering part a little easier.
Love this challenge! ❤️ For the community space, maybe it's fun to make a sort of space where all the Tiny townies can play games together with the game tables, soccer table, darts and a little bar or coffee corner. Where every Sim has to add something personal. Like art on the walls from blue (sorry forgot her name) and the waffles that's made by Beatrice in the coffee corner, some nice flowers by the one doing flower arrangements, furniture by the woodworking townie and so on...
I’m obsessed with this challenge- can’t wait to see what the town looks like when all of the members are moved in with their unique homes! And I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again- absolutely LOVING the Sims 1 music you keep putting in your videos.
For the 'community lot' have a community garden, a market stall for any of the residents of Tiny Town to use (instead of all having to have one) and a band rotunda with fairy lights
omg i didnt know you could change the frikin' business logo! it's always the little details i miss x_x deli not wanting to see the sad, sick animals is basically me in my games lol. i was playing in moonwood mill once and there was one dog always roaming around. i was doing pretty good at ignoring her and telling myself that we really didnt need a pet. But then one night it was pouring rain, thunder crashing and lightning flaring....and one poor, sad little dog all alone, trying to sleep in the rain. SICK, TO BOOT! how the heck was i supposed to ignore that?! i got my sim out of bed and had her go over immediately to adopt that dog and take her to the vet. i felt rather good about it overall, until i realized that the game added another stray dog to moonwood mill -_- like, why game? why do you do this to us?
As I am finishing my 5th sim (Cyprus), it gave me the idea of eventually creating a shared retail shop where they would each have their own section and is basically like a community retail spot that they all share/work together on :-)
I agree, a communal green space (like a mini park!) would be awesome, especially if they all contribute something relating to there skill - like Beatrice's gardening
Knitting is rough. I just shut down my game because Ziggy kept stopping knit projects and refusing to resume even though his moods and needs were good. I’m guessing it’s a bug 🤷🏽♀️
For the community space I think a cute little market place with stalls for each of the sims to sell all their stuff at, with maybe some toilets and a cute little meeting space like a cafe filled with lots of books could be cute 🫶🏻
This was such a cute chaotic episode! Love how they neighbours are interacting and that for rent can help seperate the families on the same plot. Her community contribution could be food related so maybe a nice bbq area so future neighbours have a safe fire alarmed area to learn to cook or even make put cooked meals in a community fridge for them to grab when needed
I think the food stand should be under cover (not indoors, just under cover) through either a roof extension off one side of the house or gazebo/picnic shelter vibes at the front of the lot. For winter, you could add either a space heater or outdoor fireplace to help with the vibes and keep your customers from freezing.
Since you’re not going to be selling the produce anymore, can you get the food processor and create more meals like the simple living challenge? I always find it so rewarding to play that way! 😄 but if it’s too much of a hassle I understand lol!
I LOVE this challenge, and you put such effort into the wonderful lot. When I sell baked goods, I always make the goods that have the highest skill #. They are worth the most.
I love this series and I started this challenge as well but with my own sims! I also do it a little differently where the previous sim will contribute something to the other person's lot entirely to help them with something that they'd think they need. So someone might donate a toilet, or something fun. Something they struggled with when they were starting!
As someone who does exclusively rags to riches, always starts with tiny homes and likes my sims to have their own color, this is like a dream challenge! I can't wait to try it. Your videos are so fun and relaxing. ❤️
I love how this is turning out. I think it would be cool if the community area was kind of like (not sure how to describe this) a space where you could see aspects of contribution from each of them, a place where everyone could come together and hang out, and a place where the future generations had space. Like right now everyone (even the ones not here yet) has been given a nice amount of space for their tiny homes. Which is great. They have a place to retreat to when they need to & a place to interact with others as well. Which is in the center. And if they do want to expand their families, now they have the ability to so with the rentals. But obviously it's not a huge space so the community area will get a lot more use at times, esp by any future generations (kids etc) depending on how you do things. Since the houses are based on these particular sim's personalities. I think it would be cool then to have kind of an open air gazebo (myb with like the screened in windows myb not up to your style) and have that be like the gathering place. It could have accents from each of the tiny town sims. Like a painting from Azure or even the mural thing from city living on the floor so everyone could do it together. There could be a cooking station a la Beatrice. And so on and so forth. It could even be something that is saved up for by each resident. Like rn they add little things when every new resident comes like Azure did. But once they are set up enough to have their homes looking nice they save up to build that. And myb near it is like the monkey bars from romantic garden and some swings , the ones that look nicer in nature. Basically building something that not only has bits of all of them, provides a space for events you purposefully through or from For Rent, and provides a bit of future proofing. Like there could even just be two versions of the lot w/o the gazebo or making the gazebo a room you could add.
I’ve been in a sims burnout for well over a year now and this challenge managed to flick the switch and inspire me to get back into it. It’s such a good concept - especially if you tend to get overwhelmed. It’s just such a great idea in so many ways and I’m finally excited to play again! 🎉
I love hearing this. I hoped it would be simple for folks who just want to take it easy, but also has scope for it too be more challenging for anyone who is into that too!
I have been so excited about this series, I check everyday for new videos! Keep them coming! I think a good idea for the community space could be a community garden and a little group outdoor recreational space for socializing, maybe a children’s play area and a bonfire area and bbq
I LOVE WATCHING THIS NEW CHALLENGE. Please continue the town house episodes, I enjoy watching it. I hope all tenant in the town house will meet soon and have a happy town house. Yey!
You read my mind. 🤣 I actually did the same thing with fencing off the lots and setting it as rental units so that there's no bills. I had Cypress Handyman as my first sim on purpose and I'm going to set him as the landlord and owner of the town. He can come around and fix everything for the others.
@@Kampfschildi you need at least 1 room to create an apartment. I made a 4 tile shed for that and just didn't allow myself to use it as part of the house. You can also make a basement room with no stairs, but I find that it's nice to have a front door accessible for the welcome wagon and other visitors. You can also make it 1 tile or part of the community center. Once your current sim has enough money to build their own small room, you can switch the move-in room/shed to the next person's apartment.
in the center of tinytown you should put something specific to each sim and turn it into like a community selling lot- paintings from azure, baked goods from beatrice and so on
I’ve not played sims for a few years (mum life) and saw this new challenge and just had to fire it back up and I’m absolutely loving it! 🩷 One question I have, how is deli playing just one person when she’s unlocked the next sim? Is it with the for rent and pack? I don’t have that so I guess my alternative is to move a sim out? Feeling rusty 😂
Maybe try the roommate feature? I’m not entirely sure myself, but if you have the University pack you can ask sims to be your roommate and then designate a bed for them. This is different from asking to join household. If you don’t have the pack you can probably find some mods! Good luck
i started this challenge, got through the first person, and now i have no idea how to add another sim to the rental without having to build a house. it only gives me the choice to add them to household.(yes my lot is a rental lot)
I think you could build a community room in the center of the lot. You could put in a TV viewing area and a gaming section with card tables and arcade games. Or get ambitious with basketball hoops and bowling lanes.
loving this series! finally doing a challenge again, i started with my legacy sim who has the welness skill. getting rich on welness is harder than i thought + the massage tables are a bit bugged? anyone else got this problem? thankyou deli for inspiring!! looking forward to the next part :)
I initially named Beatrice's business "Jam's Jams" but after realizing canning was bugged for me I switched it to "Bea's Bakes"! 😄 I am in love with this challenge btw!!! ❤
oooh we have those little mini book houses too in our neighborhood too! I've been distrr by it many times.such a cute idea for sims😊 I recently reset my game because of all the bugs so this will be a fun way to get back into it. giving me ideas!
I think maybe if you first do higher mark up and then lower it it'll work? Because when you first sold paintings you first had 300% and then lowered it to 200% and it sold quickly
Love the idea! Might try to tweek it a bit to make an Occult Tiny Town version (Vampire/Werewolf/Spellcaster/Mermaid/Alien/Plant sims(?)). the end result might be quite cool with the very diverse styles and it might create some interesting drama!
When you were making cupcakes, you somehow made onigiri (rice balls, not cupcakes), and they’re usually a savory snack, but they can be sweet/sour! My favorite filling in onigiri is umeboshi, a very sour pickled plum either whole or in a paste. 😋
Btw I just saw you in the Curseforge ad and you did indeed change my life. I only ever used Curse for Warcraft mods and didn't even know Sims was on there. Dope.
Yeah, a new neighbor. I think the community center should have some items that might not be on a lot, like some fun things like a pool or gym, chess table, a bar, a picnic/park area. More for leisure and community events. and a bathroom. Second house is going up so fast.
So as you build Beatrice's house - it would be awesome if you could take some inspo from pink cottage houses from Suffolk (here in England). They can be found everywhere and it feels right on brand for her!!
I gave Frank a granddaughter named Gabi and his story is that he's building this home/neighborhood for her. His contributions so far have been a small fishing pond, community plant stand, and a little playground with an insect farm. Katie loves bugs, frogs and fishing!
I already had to pee when watching this, but the bush....oh my gosh that just made it worse 😂😂😂. I want to take in all the strays when I see them outside or visiting my house....I love the little animals in game!
I'm loving this challenge! I downloaded the more recent lot, with the fencing, it's super cute! My first sim is Opal Gem, which is great because I'm exploring the Crystal Creations pack and let me say, my sim made 3k selling 4 items at a 100% markup. So Opal's tiny home is off to a good start. Also, in taking advantage of the Sim's sale, I've used your code. I can't wait to see who my next Tiny Town sim will be. Thanks for coming up with this challenge. It's perfect for this rainy day we're having in New Jersey today.
I’m struggling with how to make a lot a unit for rent without having walls to click on? I’m ready to move in my neighbor but I want it to be a separate household 🤔
@@kneecxle omg you're a life saver ! I couldn't figure it out for the life of me and your way worked !! Thank you so much! You're the first person I've seen reply to someone asking for advice for this!
I love the idea that every new neighbour has to help make the community spot something worthy of the neighbourhood!

Opal is everyone's bestie... Azure tried to woo her and Opal naturally shut it down so i left it that way... Azure was only married like 2 days 😢 like sims chill. lol
I like the commune style build that is takin shape. Once a renter becomes an official community member they must contribute something significant to the shared space. I also gave each one a job, after I moved on to the next renter... i dunno the game is so glitchie I didnt want them to get kicked out or something. So Azure is a painter and Yarnz works as a handy person whatever that new for rent job is.
wont lie Opal has been a grind. its tedious... so i dunno if i will complete her life time aspiration or whatever they are called. grinding gems is a chore... so far each sim has completed their " level " in one full season... then Opal came along... and its soon to be year two lol... so i gotta move her along for this to stay fun.
that said... Opal has been the most interesting sim. I re-clothed each one and retraited a trait or so in CAS to keep the game fresh and I like a bit of CC. I am a 30 to 40% CC and correspondingly 70 to 60% vanilla Simmer. Never prescribed to 100% of either. Just a dash of here and there keeps the game feeling like MY game.
Enjoying the commune feel though. Its super nice.
It would be so cute for Beatrice to make the community space into a little patio cookout area! Then the Gardner sim can add a community garden and so on
Cute!
I second this !!
“BeaTreats” would be such a cute name for the stand
Every time I hear "Spin! That! Wheel!" I get flashbacks to Laird's name 💀
Each time I hear "Spin! That! Wheel!" I keep thinking of lilsimsie. 😂💀
this. :D
It would be kind of fun to put your self sim into the world and make her the landlord of the lot for the challenge - fun little Easter egg for those doing the challenge but also good for letting these characters be the residents of tiny town!! :)
Agree, I’d love the landlord to be a Deli that lives off lit but shows up to help and fix things. 😊
@@TheDawnofVanlifethis!!
That would be so cute!
I agree. I see James does it in his LPs, so you should have a Sim self in your LPs as well.
That sim with the yellow-blonde bob and sunglasses who keeps showing up at the food stall is captivating. A fashionista. I need to know more about her.
I see a bit of Velma in her. I love it!
i thought of anna wiintour!
What if each sim also adds something from their interest to the community lot for others to use in their homes? So Azure might some of her paintings for the other sims to decorate their home with… Beatrice might add some small appliances, etc.
Love this idea!
OMG the old Sims piano music! The nostalgia
that's honestly one of my favorite parts of these videos 😄
THE BEST
I was looking for a comment that pointed it out! I love, love, love the Sims 1 music, it takes me right back to my childhood! :D

Love this!! Tiny Townians is the best! Hahaha
I thought it was a pretty cool name for the residents, Deli!! 😍
Oh yes and if you really want to sell it to each other at 10%
I THINK food stored in the sale stall stores like it's in a refrigerator. So you don't need to move the food from the Fridge to the Stall. Just leave it in the stall.
Ahhh that’s helpful!
SPIN THAT WHEEL!! Lol I watch way too much Sims 4 creators
😂😂😂😂
Deli one of my favorite new challenges! I love this mix of building and story telling all on one lot! So original 🥰

Yey!
I love this concept, I get so excited to see a new episode!
You read my mind. 🤣 I actually did the same thing with fencing off the lots and setting it as rental units so that there's no bills. I had Cypress Handyman as my first sim on purpose and I'm going to set him as the landlord and owner of the town. He can come around and fix everything for the others.
Can you help me out here? How do you set up the apartment lots when there are no walls? I can’t move in my second sim 😿
So happy for her that she got a indoor sleeping space before the winter hit
in the center of tinytown you should put something specific to each sim and turn it into like a community selling lot- paintings from azure, baked goods from beatrice and so on
I’ve not played sims for a few years (mum life) and saw this new challenge and just had to fire it back up and I’m absolutely loving it! 🩷
One question I have, how is deli playing just one person when she’s unlocked the next sim? Is it with the for rent and pack? I don’t have that so I guess my alternative is to move a sim out? Feeling rusty 😂
Maybe try the roommate feature? I’m not entirely sure myself, but if you have the University pack you can ask sims to be your roommate and then designate a bed for them. This is different from asking to join household. If you don’t have the pack you can probably find some mods! Good luck
Thank you for actually adding blue to the blue build. Way too much yellow and orange before.
i started this challenge, got through the first person, and now i have no idea how to add another sim to the rental without having to build a house.
it only gives me the choice to add them to household.(yes my lot is a rental lot)
I’m so glad the accent wall in Azures house is no longer orange. That didn’t make sense to me since her color is blue. Such a cute build
I love this challenge so much. It's the best challenge that I have seen before!
oooh we have those little mini book houses too in our neighborhood too! I've been distrr by it many times.such a cute idea for sims😊 I recently reset my game because of all the bugs so this will be a fun way to get back into it. giving me ideas!
A wishing well in the centre would add a bit of chaos for everyone.
a cute café/ mini store with a small garden would be cute for the community space in the middle
This series legit gave me the wish to actually play again. ❤
I think maybe if you first do higher mark up and then lower it it'll work? Because when you first sold paintings you first had 300% and then lowered it to 200% and it sold quickly
I literally have been refreshing your page each day to see if the next part is out, I just made frank his first home 🪴
Hope you enjoyed it! I love Frank!!!
Love the idea! Might try to tweek it a bit to make an Occult Tiny Town version (Vampire/Werewolf/Spellcaster/Mermaid/Alien/Plant sims(?)). the end result might be quite cool with the very diverse styles and it might create some interesting drama!
I got the yellow themed Sim! But both the knitting and the crocheting skill is bugged in my game! I had him play the guitar for tips, 😂
Oh no! Changing to music is a good idea :)
Ok I’m in awe how much you did in the first episode! I’m loving this series! I can’t wait to get a new computer to try myself
Such a cute idea 🥰 just found this lp and jumped when you just posted the third episode! 😍❤️
Wonderful classic Sims moment, the food stall owner goes off to pee in a bush. I love that the customers LEFT
I just found out that if you have the plants inside they will produce all year around 😊
When you were making cupcakes, you somehow made onigiri (rice balls, not cupcakes), and they’re usually a savory snack, but they can be sweet/sour! My favorite filling in onigiri is umeboshi, a very sour pickled plum either whole or in a paste. 😋
When she made that like sushi dish and u said “that looks soooo goooood” my tummy literally made the loudest rumble irl 😂
11.23 rent free has that bug if you travel to another -in the same lot- (or to that) apartment when something is burnt it fixes it self automatically
I literally think about this series often just waiting for you to upload another part!
Omg I just googled them and they are so cute!
Home chef huffle 😂
I have been having issues when connecting to the gallery but as soon as it gets back to work, I am definitely starting this challenge!
I love the tiny libraries in real life. So cute that you included them in your tiny home village ❤ and I am in love with azures home
It would be really cute if Beatrice befriended some of the critters like a fox or bunny
The entire roof resting on one single beam made me crack up 😆
The last episode and this one has had me crying with laughter honestly
We have book boxes in our neighborhood too.
We have “free little libraries” all over my neighborhood!
I love this! I got excited when I got a notification of a new episode today ❤. I'm totally playing this challenge soon!!
Im loving this challenge so much!! Excited for the next part 🩷🩷
Love the challenge, would really enjoy to see another tiny town challenge after this one with all diffrent occult sims
Enjoying this challenge series very much! I don’t typically partake but I may have to this time!
I’m struggling with how to make a lot a unit for rent without having walls to click on? I’m ready to move in my neighbor but I want it to be a separate household 🤔
Just try adding the walls, creating a rental unit and then replacing the walls with a fence or just delete the walls :) that’s what helped me do it
@@kneecxle omg you're a life saver ! I couldn't figure it out for the life of me and your way worked !! Thank you so much! You're the first person I've seen reply to someone asking for advice for this!
yay I’m glad it worked for you too! And you’re always welcome, it’s a pleasure to help if I know how ;) happy simming!
I absolutely love this😊❤️😊 I hope you keep this up for the coming years👏👏👏 I hope you keep this neighborhood🥰🥰🥰🥰
