In this video we discuss, install, (and resolve) a weird but cool Navi modification. We do run into a bit of trouble with the original unit I was sent, but where there's a will there's a way.

This was the most confusing mod I have ever done. Usually when a website says “for _____” you expect to do as little work to install. By no means were the original rings plug and play either. Just have to think outside the box.

Hey man, can you link that battery. Is that what you use in your NAVI?
Tusk Lithium PRO. I got one of these batteries when I purchased my 450R, the guy before me installed it. Needless to say, everything in my garage has a version of the tusk lithium pro in it. Motorcycles, atvs, dirtbikes, doesn’t matter. Best battery.
What was the size you purchased for the halo rings?
80mm, no more, no less. They fit perfect. Quality is second to none. Eases my mind knowing they are reliable

Who ever sold that kit is crap. Give u bunch of pieces and super glue or velcro together. Dude I'm not a engineer. 😂

I think recklesscustoms is a huge game changer in the navi aftermarket world, but those halo rings they send and the custom plates just don’t go on like you’d think.
I sent them an email and they recommended using the adhesive on the original rings, cutting off the tabs and leaving them sticking out like a sore thumb. Aesthetically displeasing and with as much as I ride, they’d get ripped off somehow. And where do the plates go? On top of those too? I might as well glue a pringles can sticking straight out
I designed and 3d printed my own NAVI logo covers using free CAD software. I'm not an expert but I can make shapes. The ones I designed are a hand press fit. I put them on months ago and had no issues. I don't have LEDs but there are super simple to install.
