Those knives are incredible
Imagine cutting chives!
This looks amazing! I would love to try it. Delicious!😋
That mixing on the table is just genius, takes balls tho! Like
Yes it does!!!!
Actually, I don't think his knife is long enough. 'Nuff said..!
Nice
i think ill enjoy eating it one by one with 2 combination. not by mixing all together
bad knife skills
Noooo so many things is just... Big thumb down!
To be fair, if someone did that to my food at the table I'd stand up and walk away.
he is asked by the cameramen to show how it's eaten
It's the way it should be eaten to enjoy an optimal taste. And this way you have a great experience of both the looks and the taste... And it was delicious, indeed 😋!
bad presentation tbh
I like the dish but this chef has horrible knife skills compared to other chefs.
I would advice him to watch the skills master sushi chef Hiroyuki Terada
Lmao stfu
Dude keeps dropping japanese words trying to impress us. It's akami, though, not akamE. Using fucking samurai swords to cut your "wabi sabi" tater tod U.F.O. tuna tartare does not instantly make you a master sushi chef, apparently.
Also, just tell people how to eat it.
