  • Visiting Bolenius, a Michelin Star restaurant in Southern Amsterdam, to have their signature dish prepared. Interestingly, the restaurant doesn't have the red Michelin (Star) sign outside like most other restaurants mentioned in the Michelin guide to not scare potential walk-in customers away since they could assume the prices would be too high.

@@STSSilver99 no its just rooftop grown because of the "environmental friendly" trend and the "community" vibe (whatever reason they use to justify their cost). You are testing less than 0.5 euro of food, and 20 euro worth of chef skills, rents, and services. It depends if one think its worth it. But customers who enjoy food there do not treat 27 dollar as we normies do.

Yeah, in the description it says they don't have the michelin star outside to try not to scare people away expecting high prices but this looks like a tiny starter, if that's already 27 dollars idk how much an entire meal that would actually feed someone would cost.
