Lovely Atmosphere, the open feeling with sunlight shinning in is perfect, but the food is the star. That flatbread crispy toasty bread with those appetizers and seafood salads was a great starter😃 This place is incredible, especially the Lamb and whole fish. Been enjoying your vids. I love Med-Eas food. Might be my favorite cuisine now (passing Italian). The bread has za'atar seasoning on it (thyme, sumac and sesame). It's an amazing spice blend.

@@TimLeeLetsGo Tim, the zaatar spices can be found at any Middle Eastern grocery store. When making and baking fresh bread at home, sprinkle or spread(mix with some olive oil) the spices onto the dough, your kitchen will smell like heaven. Just look how, zaatar bread its done, on UA-cam.

going through some older episodes I missed being fairly new well about a year I reckon of watching your channel maybe not so new.. ...this is a lovely looking place the food looked so great I like the service appetizers brought to table and I actually like that someone serves the food at the stations do you know if that's the way they have always done it or was it a covid era precaution ..either way I would love to visit that place one of these days even if I had to serve myself 😁 one last.. everything looked wonderful but that coffee looked fantastic
That's a very interesting buffet! With the appetizers served at the table first, it gives you a great introduction to this middle-eastern cusine! Nice touch! The main course section was very extensive & looked delicious! I preferred the roast lamb, whole grilled fish & the stuffed lamb & chicken roll! Again super selection! The great desserts & super breads were typical of this Mediterranean cusine! A good stop & @$37CAN a good deal! For me, I would have eaten less of the appetizers!

That's a very interesting buffet! With the appetizers served at the table first, it gives you a great introduction to this middle-eastern cusine! Nice touch! The main course section was very extensive & looked delicious! I preferred the roast lamb, whole grilled fish & the stuffed lamb & chicken roll! Again super selection! The great desserts & super breads were typical of this Mediterranean cusine! A good stop & @$37CAN a good deal! For me, I would have eaten less of the appetizers!
