Dude i drove from los angeles c.a to miami thru the 10 freeway and BRO when i entered that swamp area i saw nothing but GATORS OR CROCKS and i almost 💩💩👀😶 my pants. I was driving my 2019 tacoma and i was praying i didnt get a flat tire or run out out gas. That place is scary😶😨
Elevated highways? That was so funny! You’re driving over the largest swamp! Louisiana has the 3 longest bridges in the US. Y’all enjoy traveling through states and criticize every one of them. Then make the nastiest replies when someone leaves a comment you don’t agree with. Only people who aren’t happy with themselves do that. That’s not normal and I hope y’all get some help. May be time to stay home and seek therapy.
This is the third longest bridge in the state of Louisiana at 18 miles long. The second longest bridge in Louisiana and the second longest bridge in the U.S. u less you want to count when it merges onto the 4th longest bridge in Louisiana is the Manchc Swamp bridge (I-50) goes between I-12 and I-10 that bridge is 22.3 miles long before it merges onto I-10’s bonnet Carrie Spillway bridge that runs parallel of Lake Pontachtrain when it merges onto that bridge it adds about another 7-8 miles of continuous bridge until the airport Finally the longest bridge in the United States and longest continuous bridge over water in the world Lake Pontachtrain Causeway (23.5 miles long though one of the spans is slightly longer) runs between I-12 to I-10 on a road called causeway Blvd the south span is a toll bridge (I-12 to I-10) while the north span is not a toll bridge.
I seen on moonshiners one of the bridges came to an abrupt end, but continued after about a 50-60 yard gap, water below looked like a man made water drop off down the middle. Curious as to why thats there.
Alligators are very present like florida
Actually Louisiana has more alligators than Florida
Thank you for this video I had no way to explain it to my family from Connecticut.. safe travels always

I stand corrected the Bonnet Carrie spillway bridge which is was I-50 merges onto on I-10 is not 7-8 miles it’s 11 miles long
