  • Here I check the compression of each cylinder and go onto check the Valve clearances.
Disclaimer: I am a mechanic, for the Royal Mail. This is how I was taught to check the clearances, 12 years ago at college. This is the first time I have done this procedure since then. I may have explained somethings incorrectly, I may have also named parts incorrectly. DO NOT take this for a hardcore 'how to' video.
I am happy to help out with any questions, I am happy to take advice too.
Finally got some merch for sale!! tspr.ng/c/Cust...

7:19 this makes it much easier to understand how to figure out what shims to use, no other video I've seen has explained this so clearly, good job.

Finding your videos really helpful as I have just bought an E1 model. Thank you.

    Starting with, great videos,
have now adjusted the valves on my C1 :)

Maybe I can ask one thing...?
You had purchased a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-9R 1998-2003 Coolant Reservoir Tank, with extra gap for crash pucks bolt, to be able to mount against the frame

It's also advised to clean the feeler gauge then coat it in oil beforehand to prevent any potential scratching of the cam lobe surface.
