I learn so much from you! Some other tutorials I watch take several minutes before the viewer gets to actually know/understand/see what’s going to be learned, and I spend so much time fast forwarding that I lose interest. You give the viewers a great intro (always relevant and NEVER boring) to whatever project/s you’ll be presenting and then, before we know it, you’ve taught us all a bunch of super incredible skills & techniques! Every moment spent watching your tutorials is a moment well spent! I’m so grateful to you! You are simply remarkable! Thank you ever so much!!!❤️
I have made beads with polymer clay and made them a little bit like different gemstones but I love your idea of using this less expensive version with air dry clay. I also like to decoupage my beads with different paper or napkins to give a little bit of a vintage look. Thanks so much! I love your videos.
Just been charity shop and found some wooden necklaces. And just watched your head painting . So well times I thought I would be painting one by one. Thank You x
I did not see the "how to make a tassel" video linked below as you stated but luckily I found the directions in your video titled "6 easy jute twine diys" in case someone needs to know. I definitely plan to make some beads!
You're indeed a gem by sharing what you know. A friend of mine share your videos to me and way way more worth when I started watching this. I love the idea. Very doable, not costly and great.
I almost didn’t watch this. So glad I did. This is a lot easy than I thought it was going to be. Your beads came out so great. I want to give this a try now!
Wooden beads are so much cheaper if you purchase them as garlands at Christmas. Hobby Lobby in the US has them 50% off and they have wooden as well as wool felt balls that make great gnome noses. Walmart had a lot left over at the end of the season that I got at 75% off.
I absolutely love the beads. I will definitely be making some. I have three packs of the air-dry clay from the Dollar tree right now and I'm going to making some beads. The wooden ones are so expensive
Yes I made my own beads using clay too...I enjoyed them...Im gonna make some more..I bought my wood beads at the Dollar Tree for the cheap...and they work just fine..very affordable
I have done this exact same thing but with polymer clay. I also put my paint in a container and shook the beads inside. It sure makes it alot faster than painting them individually. Who has time for that!?! 😂😂Thank u for sharing, I’ll try the air dry clay next time.♥️
Hi, Diedre…question…which “dollar store” for the clay? We have Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Family Dollar…hoping it’s one of these. Thank you, love the final project!!
Hi! Christine again. Sorry for all the questions , but you're such a big help and I love watching your channel. My question: can I seal these beads with something other than a polycrylic? I have a couple of canisters of spray varnish, do you think that would work? Also, where do you sell your creations? And just one more thing: You had a sticker listed that said "I Love Us". I noticed It's not there anymore. Do you know when you'll be getting them back in stock? Thanks!
I like using poly the best but certainly you can use spray varnish but I do find it may yellow on you. I sell most of my items locally and give a lot for gifts. I will check to see if that graphic is still there. It should be. Thanks for watching Christine.
This looks like such an amazing craft that I would like to try. Where exactly would I get the chalk paint mixture to add color to the beads once shaped and molded? If not chalk paint, can you use another type of coating to add color to the beads? Would Modge podge glue work? Thanks for sharing!
One of the main differences is the way in which each clay sets. While air dry clay sets with air, polymer clay sets by heat. In fact, you can leave polymer clay out in the air for days and it won't set. Polymer clay also won't shrink while it is hardening, unlike air dry clay.
Enjoy your videos very much. Question: Did you use that whole block of clay to make those beads? Or did you have some left over? Also, I love working with cement. The next time I have some left over I’ll probably start making beads. These I could leave outside in the garden areas.

Great
Thanks 😊
Just wondering if the paint will rub after painted over time
You can steal it off with some poly acrylic sealer if you’re worried about it, not lasting
Hi. What store do you get your clay from? My local dollar store doesn't have clay.
Maybe you would be able to get it at your local craft store? Or amazon
Cuando empezó el video era pegamento blanco que le puso a la cuchara?
She used corn starch.
Which clay recipe of yours would work for these since I don’t have any clay?!

Dollar tree has wooden beads!
The only problem with them is if they get wet the must get gooey.
No they don’t at all and if you are worried about that you could sell them up with some polycrylic sealer
Audio sounds very tinny
I’m actually just getting over covid so my voice is quite raspy. ❤️
I thought the sound was totally fine.
