To make the sauce:
ingredients
3 tbs butter
garlic
16 oz half half
1/2 cup parmesan cheese or more
1 bag or box frozen spinach ( strained )
Bacon ( cooked and cut into pieces.. this is optional.. feel free to add things like mushrooms etc in place of bacon if you want )
pasta (cooked )
protein of choice such as fish, shrimp, chicken or sausage.

Oh my God let me tell you, this lady know what she’s doing in the kitchen. I have made her Cajun scampi pasta with salmon and shrimp, brown butter pecan chocolate chip cookies, stuffed salmon and her oven shrimp boil. Since I got a big bag of shrimp from Sam’s club today I will be making her seafood pizza. I also purchased her cookbook and let me tell you it’s a whole lot of recipes in there that ain’t on YT. Love this! I added mushrooms and fresh spinach to the sauce. I corrected the extra moisture produced by the spinach by adding a couple of tbs of cornstarch slurry (cornstarch + water). It was yummers.

I made this yesterday and it was soooo good! I got bacon bites from Kroger (as opposed to cooking bacon and choppin it up) and who knew that the flavor from the bacon would elevate the sauce!
