Hi John. I had a couple of days out on my boat but the weather was too warm the first time and the rivers bursting their banks last week. Hoping to make a proper start tomorrow on the Broads 👍

Hello Arnie 👋 Yes we are all great 👍 I don't take Tina piking much in the winter months has she is just sat there and gets cold as everyone know she loves been on the beach. Yes was well chuffed with these pike and have 4 takes very lucky with one of them lady luck was on my side on this session. Hope your search for the Cod goes well and you can christene your new rod 🤞it been very poor around this area so far odd cod showing in the river Humber that's on both side there seems to be lots of whiting about that's not a good sign. Hopefully we have been getting cod showing around Christmas time then I can get out on the beach again 🤞 tight lines Arnie from all at the Levo's Crew 🎣 👍
What a contrast to how we fish for pike here.. and Musky . First time seeing this type of "Pike" fishing before. We have to Hunt them here in Canada.. We call Musky the "Fish of a thousand casts". I live in Canada and have fished for these and other species for going on 50 years. First for me so thanks mate. Keep on Casting . Cheers.

Dead Baiting, Learned a new term :) We just call it Bottom feeding, if anything. I like that way of fishing because what we catch here is typically a mystery, even with specific bait /targeting youll catch upwards of 10 diff species? From Bass, Bowfin, Salmon to Catfish, you name it. Always an adventure when baiting the bottom here. I cant wait to get there and Fish in the UK., planning a trip for next year, spring / early summer. What is the Biggest freshwater fish you have over there? Just Pike? or others? I like the Big ones. @@fetus2280 Hello buddy Our biggest Freshwater fish over here UK 🇬🇧 is the Catfish and Carp and the Pike. A lot of the Big Carp are in privately own syndicate ponds and don't allow day tickets but there are some which do and you have to book on in advance. Depending where you are staying in the UK the better fishing is in the middle and south of England. Regarding the pike we fish for them mainly in the autumn and winter months on deadbaits and lures in the summer where allowed on certain places. Same here, autumn for pike but in the lakes further north. Shame with the Carp mate, I just go down the road a few km and im in prime spawning for Carp.Catch 40+lbers all day/night with Corn or go for Channel Cats with old rank chicken livers..Im a night fisher mostly, im after the river monsters :) You would be in Heaven here for fishing, none of that private pay to fish, you just Go fishing. Unless you want Trout then you hit a pond, sadly our rivers are not the way it used to be, very few left in the wild. Id like to Fly Fish if possible in the UK, that would be awesome.
