For me, the confusing bit is the process of using IaC with a code pipeline. I know how to use Terraform locally, but keeping it entirely in the cloud and then putting IaC changes through a CI/CD pipeline with approvals is something I need to work on due to having no dev background.

There isn't much docs out there that spell it all out, its also changed some what over time, so the videos and docs you do see don't work, there's also a lot of preconfigs they don't tell you about

There’s so much u could talk about. All the different load balancers and how they necessarily work for production. Maybe more about learning IaC. Azure Kubernetes in a production environment. Maybe migrating in production applications aws to azure. All I could think of for now, hope this helps

I thought it's about Azure AD Enterprise App vs App Registration 😆. With AWS, they're just simply IAM credentials, roles, user, temp credentials, it's all the same.

You mentioned learning infrastructure as code. For azure would you recommend the Azure Cli or Azure Powershell or both?

Bicep or Terraform would be your main choice for IaC in Azure. I would suggest Bicep to start.
