Omgosh. If your clan leadership has not figured out how to manage participation in shadow war yet, (after two years and multiple iterations), wow.
I send out war mail to our clan twice weekly with info and a brief story. Lolol. There is no excuse for members not to check their mail! Another officer guides attendees to battles if necessary.
Shadow war on our server is a joke. We are top 10 and get paired with bottom 10 constantly. Lolol. They really need to adjust the ranking match ups to let lower tier clans win their way up. Joke joke joke!

On our server, we're lucky if we even have the opposing clan to even show up for Shadow War. Even from our own #1 clan, only 50%-70% of our own members show up usually due to that. 7:30pm... enter rooms. 7:40pm... battle begins. 7:41pm... battle over.
