You could also consider Issatar's for 25% extra damage since your movement speed is always maxed out.
What’s the best gems to use if you are a low spender? I have BSJ and was considering unlocking sleeping bile. This is for PVE

Some players, completely f2o since day one, currently have 2k resonance. For very low spenders, awakening slots will be the most worthwhile option.

This build can be done with 675 resonance and even no purple slots. Already shown that on the channel.

The siphon doesnt stuck with the chest mate hahaha wtf you show to the people if you even test it first?WIth decent normal speed if you use the chest you hit the cap of the mov speed so the offhand is useless to have it....
I am so tired of newbies now. Siphon is used to reduce the cooldown and not increase movement speed, as i mention in the video. Please don't leave comments without watching videos, does not make you look good.

I want to inform you that im not newbie at all and thats something that shows your true character against your viewers.. You have to be ready to accept any kind of suggestion or whatever you might do wrong and your viewers mention it to you.. Not only you dont accept but you also flame one of your viewers when you suggest to newbies something that makes them weaker.. The cd is enough by the overall setup of the character with skills cd to spam it non stop.. I can show you probably and teach you couple things and see that the newbie here might be you and your content too poor to show it to people..Sad..learn the game before you try make any kind of video.. It's important for you to understand the terms "newbie" and "flaming." If you can't comprehend why I made certain build choices, even after I explained them in the video, it falls into the category of being a novice. Therefore, I am not the one who needs to learn the game here.

You speak for a build with a - 1 option on offhand cause you dont want to understand that 1+1=2..test what i tell you at first and then try to speak again about your opinion on that.. Having the nova cd ofdhand is more that enough to spam it non stop.. You dont need the"giving extra speed one"for extra cd.. You missing one essence.. The problem also that o know who you are and you dont know who i am as a main wiz from day 1 also.. No matter how long you play wiz that doesnt make you also good.. You are a pve player that practise in ow and elder rifts lol.. There players out there making metas with their builds in action and not by a video in UA-cam that is a total fail as it seems.. And when i say you copy things i mean about news and guides.. Im not speaking about builds because i decent creator would never do mistakes as you do.. I would have taken you more seriously if you had demonstrated a better understanding of the builds in your initial comment. Unfortunately, you did not. Any attempts now to compensate for your lack of comprehension or your tendency to accuse me unjustly seem more like an unwillingness to admit mistakes and an attempt to salvage your ego. My builds, in all honesty, speak for themselves. Even with as low as 675 resonance, they can deliver one-touch kills. Those who use them won't be disappointed.
