Hi Paul I have followed Ll the steps and remove all bolts etc but the dashboard is still not coming out can you think of anything. One side is moving but passenger side is not moving at all. Would appreciate your response

Hi Paul. Thanks for your video, it is very instructive. The air conditioner in my iSeat ibiza was make a lot of noise while working, I think it is caused by the fan. Can I replace the fan without removing the entire dashboard? Many thanks!
I did it without removing the dashboard. Prepare to be upsidedown with your head in the passenger footwell, for at least 30 minutes
Great video, do you know if the plack panel covering the passenger airbag can be removed from the dashboard? My son has bought an Ibiza and they have covered it badly with some trim.
Its vinyl stuck to foam, if you try to remove it it will crease and the foam will rip most likely

Its a round disk behind the door card.

After a front crash the ibiza mk4 FR won't start. Is there an adjustment at the ecu with diagnostic tool or some other adjustment or you just clear the codes and it gets fixed?
Check the battery fuse on the battery

No, I just needed to wipe the codes

Excellent content as usual. May i ask, You disconnected the battery for safety. When you reconnect it,will the radio work without
imputting 4 digit code..Or was that in the "old days".
The radio talks to the ECU to authenticate itself against the VIN of the car so will work just fine

I am struggling try to remove the air sensor too but you dont show how to remove it on your video.
its tricky, but do able. you need to unclip the cable first.

I thought you was doing Dashboard in and out in one video and I thought you would’ve put the Steering wheel straight before taking it off
What I wondered about was the black part behind the steering wheel stalks. I've heard before that this could affect indicators from clicking off once the wheel is straight when driving ahead . I think Paul put the rack on left lock fully to line steering up with the end of its travel ? Personally I've not done any dashboards .

If only it was that easy all screws out yet the clips will not pull forward
dashboards........not too hard in the grand scheme of things but very time consuming.pity all that centre console has to come out to remove the dash.
