Would you say the toe box is on the wider side or more for narrow feet?

It feels standard to me. If anything it might slightly be on the narrow side.

Do you reckon they’re good for running?

They feel comfy enough to definitely run in them.
The one downside is they’re probably not as breathable as running shoes
