I don't have a Traegar but have been tempted. I used to have the old style Weber smoker but it was such a mess to cleanup. How long have you had your smoker and how 's the cleanup of that vs the Weber? Dinner looks absolutely delicious- Coffee skills and cooking skills???- Wow!!!

To clean I just use a shop vac and vacuum it all up.
