- The Secret toJuicy Beef Ribs? 🤔 RECIPE Below👇
This is probably everybody’s favorite bbq item but sometimes meat is tender and the bark washed off. Or worse, the bark is good but the meat is dry.
Well worry no more, I’ve been smoking beef ribs everyday for the last 2 weeks and figured out how to get the best combination!
1️⃣ Trim Beef Ribs and season
2️⃣ Set your smoker to 225 degrees and cook until 190 internal, making sure to spritz every hour so and use a water pan in your smoker.
3️⃣ SECRET 🤫 Once the meat falls between 190-195 take off the smoker and cover in tallow
4️⃣ Crank your smoker up to 300-325 and Giang off the ribs
5️⃣ Wrap in butcher paper or foil and rest for
2 hours.
ENJOY! 🤤

😂😂😂😂😂 the bone in the taco though!!!!!
My wife loves it when i bone her taco
😂
Yeah I don’t get how that’s going to work 😂
just more proof that there are 100's of thousands of ways to do BBQ. Looks good man.
This isn't an original method. Using tallow is very common.
"I finished mine as a taco..." 😂 ha lol
☠️☠️
I'm alright on the oily roast my man
Oil is for a binder lol
Wasn’t expecting “I finish mine as a taco” with that big ass bone sticking out lmao
Dats what she said
Meat does fall off the bone. I'm sure there's no trouble. Just push it off and eat.
@@f.miller9522 that's not the point of the comment 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
It literally flew over your head. My comment probably will too
@@VirusZero0140 Sorry, I don't even know what was said.
If you had beef tallow the whole time whyd you use olive oil as the binder🤨
Way cheaper since it’s just gonna have seasonings over top of it anyways , tallow on top allows for moisture and flavor. He could of used tallow underneath but I can see why he did on top instead of as the initial binder
Looks delicious man. Next cook, use beef tallow for a binder👌🏼
That looks delicious 🤤
Look delicious and tasty yummy
Delicious 😋🤤
Yowzers! This looks amazingly delicious 😋
Looks like secrets!
Looks good
Mmmmm, taco de hueso.🌮🦴🤣
Yes sir 😋😋
Awesome!
The added crunch sound is perfection! 😂
Made me hungry again!
I’m must try❤
Nice tasty finish
Oooooh Lawdy..! 😋😍🥰
They look good
Yum
Nice smoke ring 🎉
The foil boat method is very good.
❤❤ WOW YUMMY
😲best bbq vid I seen in a while
u dont get out much 😂
watch more UA-cam
Where is the recipe for this found at? These shorts are very good but you can NEVER find where they are located. Can anyone help?
Good quality ribs don’t need beef tallow , butter, or anything. They already are super fatty.
Cool
Beautiful 😢❤
What rub you using?
"Score the membrane on the back..." i just remove the membrane because that junk is tough.
With beef ribs, you need not remove membrane. If so, it’s likely the ribs will fall apart unlike when you do pork ribs
Don’t forget that refreshing glass of grease to drink on the side. 😅😅
Gorgeous
Why so many know-it-all commentors?
Thanks, man, for sharing your cooking method.
For real
what time is dinner? 😋
Ngl my man had me till the bone in taco 😂
Gaaddamnnn
That butter was a secret ingredient sir 😊 yummy tender meat 🍖
Butter was not the ingredient. It was beef tallow.
@bronxborn70 if he put butter on the meat it's an ingredient for flavor
Mmmmmm
Wen yu can cut your rib with a butter knife then we can talk lol jp hell of a rib
What do you spray it with? Water? Vinegar?
Mmmmm, Boney Tacos!
You don’t need a binder, and if you think you do why would you use olive oil?
😊💯✨️
😱😱😱
Hell yeah that’s how you do it yo!!! In a tortilla!
Looks delicious 😋 perfect cook 😅
where do I make reservations?😮😋😋
So now that these cooks are into tallow now all of a sudden tallow will be 100 dollars a gallon, like oxtails
Forgive my awful knowledge here, just learning the ways of meat 😂, what you spraying with mid way and what does it do?
Back in the smoker for 15 mins - is it 325 or 225?
325
Cool, but there is no way you would cook beef ribs and not be juicy. Unless you burn it to a crisp. If not, it should always be falling off the bone, tender and juicy.
Tallow all day
Tallow isn’t a secret think at this point everyone knows about it. Or that note great looking cook
You'll need new teeth after eating that taco 😂
like i said, if the meat doesn't fall off when i cook ribs myself, this is not lean enough, Americans are obsessed with barbecue but not about the end result, i have a sensitive stomach, eating half baked or raw i won't be interacting with anyone else for a while smh
@HUYI1 take your fall-off-the-bone ribs to any bbq competition and you'll be laughed at for overlooking them. Ribs should never fall off the bone and this myth drives me nuts.
I just ate that up inside my brains
What does the Tallow do for it?
Adds moisture and flavor
How long is the cook
🔥
The secret to juicy beef ribs is being filthy rich so you can afford them.
I ordered mine online. They were $80 with shipping. Save up $20 every week and all of a sudden you got them. Then ya gotta pay for the extras but it’s totally worth it
Taco must be going to his dog with that bone in it lmao
Beef tallow is not the secret, the foil is guy,I been doing ribs 50+ years
I worked at a real deal family owned bbq restaurant for 6 years. We smoked brisket, butts, birds, and St. Louis ribs. Never used foil for any of it. Not sure if beef ribs are a different story but for beef all we used was salt and pepper. Nice bark every time and incredibly juicy
Were aré you located at
So you are only cooking it to 190 ? Thats not enough.
😋😋😋😋 " DELICIOUS ❤️ " 😋😋😋😋
I thought it was brisket 😂😂😂
Lmaoo this man thinks simply putting stuff on a tortilla is a taco 😂
Where yu get some beef ribs that big???
Porter road online
Binder, who started calling it that , you dont need no butter, the fat will keep it tender...quit babysitting your meat and leave it alone.
Secret lmao😂
Oil isn’t a binder
Definitely is one, though I know many ppl like to use tallow or mustard. I use olive oil on my pulled pork. It comes out buttery soft and flavorful every time
So u ate the bone in the taco??
Let me ask you how do you keep the temp exactly??? I don't like to keep putting wood unless it's burnt . Don't like to smokey , smoke yes but not to over power it .
@@orionroberts1253smartass
I found using the Texas crutch method will keep it from having too heavy of a smoke flavor. I use pecan wood for my meat smoking. I have an Oklahoma Joes offset smoker. When I do brisket, I smoke it at 225-250 until it reaches 165 internal which is right before stall. While it’s reaching that temp, I spritz it every 30 mins with a 50/50 mix of water and apple cider vinegar. Once it reaches 165, I wrap it tight in heavy foil and put it back in the smoker until it reaches the magic temp of 207-210 internal. I then take it out and let it rest a minimum of 2 hours. Wrapping in foil is a pitmaster trick to speed up the cooking process. The same result can be achieved using paper however the paper will continue to allow smoke to penetrate the meat. Try the Texas crutch method to speed up your booking time and cut back on too heavy a smoke flavor. Post oak is also a good wood to use.
Your a juicy beef rib ;)
Are you saying that tallow penetrates down into the meat to make it juicy and not the marveling of the meat?
It's for the Bark
@@DC-ct8tvhe had better bark before the tallow. These ribs don’t need tallow, all he did was soften up the bark.
That crunch is just cutting through the membrane.
AFO
that meat has to fall off and melt in your mouth, if this endeavour has failed then there is nothing else to see here
Just lookin at it...& I need a cholesterol pill.😢
Take off the membrane trust me.
Beef tallow instant artery clogger
Gotta remove that membrane bro!
Why beef tallow?
That juice coming out was from an injection. Not that it can't get that juicy without an injection but to me it looked like the juice coming out from injecting.
I’ll have the bone in taco please
I can’t find beef ribs like this anywhere in my town. Not even the butcher.
These are called plate ribs.
Costco
Costco for sure. Two slabs are about the same price as a brisket.
There is a bone in your taco my friend.
I used to date her 😂
Beef tallow not required.
Looks good but it's gonna be pretty hard to bite through that taco with that bone in there. Just leave the bone out.
You pull the bone out, its done at fancy places for the fun of pulling it off easy while all the meat stays in place. Its just for presentation, doesnt make sense when cooking for yourself but he isnt cooking for himself he is cooking for views.
Let me tell you something. Beef tallow is not a secret. 😂
I thought you're supposed to peel the membrane off the back
Cook them to 210. Thank me later
Tallow means absolutely nothing if you squeeze the rib to show off to social media.
Microwave is the secret, salt and pepper only, microwave 15mins, wrap in papper and put back in another 5 mins on high...let rest 45 mins...cus me later
That’s an oven not a smoker.
You put a bone in a taco?
Beef tallow isn't really a secret anymore
IF YOU'RE GOING TO USE BEEF FAT YOU MIGHT AS WELL USE BUTTER
What's the spray
Apple cider vinegar and water most likely.
Where do I get tallow?
you can order some online or check at a store and ask if they have any maybe they have some at a grill store or you can make your own off some beef fat trimmings and just render the fat down and let it cool off and set
