I applaud this detailed, comprehensive breakdown of Portland neighborhoods. As a native, it's interesting to hear an objective overview of what has been my stomping grounds for a number of decades. Funny.. east county is definitely like a wholenother city. It doesn't hold a candle to the inner city. Thank God I was born and raised in the heart of Oregon's "Rome".
Thanks for a very detailed and informative video! I feel like I know so much more about the city’s layout and neighborhoods from this one video than I learned from a handful of others I’ve watched, combined. Appreciate you taking the time to also drive and film some of the areas. Very helpful! 😄
The jerky in and out of screen was dizzying and you seemed unprepared….not really acquainted with lots of areas….consistency a favorite word..never really explained. Not your best effort.
"Consistency" makes sense to me re: Portland neighborhoods. Some a pretty lovely but have a couple terrible intersections and if you lived right by them, it would be a whole other experience. It's notable if a non-expensive neighborhood has consistency.
@@NarrowShouldersOpenMind thanks for watching! More than anything the goal here was to put Portland neighborhoods into categories so people can better understand which are alike, or put different, have “consistent” attributes.

Lived all over Portland. Montavilla / Mt. Tabor was my favorite area I ever lived by far.
