It's nice that Ranboo points out that Tommy isn't completely selfish, but he never considered how different the situation would've been had it involved the disc's. If that was the case, his life would mean nothing to Tommy.

2nd of December on 2020, a meeting was scheduled. On this meeting Dream and Tubbo and other members discuss about Tommy's punishment as Tommy did grief/rob Kings property (as in Dream SMP side). On the book of agreement it contains what happen in the meeting, what's discussed and what are the results.

After signing TommyInnit blackmails Dream to take down the walls in exchange Tommy will not burn "Spirit", Spirit is one of the Dream's pet and they died and the items are hold by Tommy.. Moments later, the L'Manburg side is laughing and harassing Dream. Not so long after, Dream stopped taking down the walls and adds more layers. Quote "I don't give a F about Spirit", Dream said. Dream tells Tubbo to exile Tommy, and if not Dream will put Obsidian all around L'Manburg until the skies limit, hiring peoples to guard around the walls to make sure the members of L'Manburg do not go outside.
