- Everybody loved the Seiko SKX007 and the smaller SKX013 but they are discontinued and expensive to get a hold of now. After reviewing the smaller Tandorio a few weeks ago, Tandorio have now issued a larger version which will suit everyone's wrist size.
41mm is a perfect fit for small wrist sizes and large.
This Tandorio diver at undert £90 has to be one of the most budget friendly alternatives to the beloved Seiko SKX007 and SKX013!

Great job. I agree with you on the buckle and also thought the 'jingly jangly' looked great.
Hi there and thanks for watching. Yes unfortunate they did not go with a similar style to the smaller version. You'll notice I call the bracelet jingly jangly as calling it by its other name could now get me into trouble! Remember to subscribe:)
I have subscribed and look forward to seeing this channel grow. The 007 homage from Escapement Time is good too, I like the black date wheel.
@@johneisenberg9700 I will have a look thanks :)
Thanks so much for the video. Because of your video I buy this wonderfull watch with titanium case for only 65€ this is just amazing price for this great quality watch. Thanks again
Glad I could help and thanks for watching. Remember to subscribe :)
Well done my friend. You now have me second guessing on this watch or the Steeldive. I like the reviews on the Steeldive, but this is the first for me on the Tandorio and this is a great looking watch. Great review!!
For the price they are really good :)
If I wasn't done with this case shape - thanks Seiko, then I would have grabbed one because it looks pretty solid for the price point. Nice work
Thanks Wes. You know I can't believe this watch and it's smaller brother...see my first video ...flew under everyone's radar. Maybe the astonishing price? Can't believe the quality at this price point. It's getting scary at this point haha!
I went with the Heimdallr skx007 with the NH36 on a Jubilee bracelet and it's a great watch for the money.
Great stuff. Have heard good things but have yet to get my hands on one. Possibility for a future vid :)
Possibly the best alternative to 5kx.
Heimdallr does the great job for SKX fans.
Just ordered the blue jubilee.
Interesting option
Thanks for watching:)
You are making awsome reviews, keep up the nice work!! For a 6,75 inch wrist, wich size do you recommed? this or the 38mm?
Hi there and thanks for the question. To be honest it's up to you. You have seen both on my wrist. Both fit very well. Depends on the type of wrist presence you want :) remember to subscribe:)
I'm wearing the mini version now and am very happy with it. I would buy this larger version also but it's missing the day of the week compared to the original. I might get the Heimdallr homage one day though because it does have the weekday.
This is still a nice watch for the money though.
Looks like a great effort, but I just can’t get past the brand name. Nice review sir.
That's a shame but thank you so much for watching :)
Felt same..until i purchase one..youll b shock with ceramic bezel..jubilee..nh movt and sappire for less than 80 bucks ? Dude..😂😂
Great job great channel💯💯 please review rmalti watches
Hi and thx for watching. You are so kind. They are on my radar;)
great job... do you know what is tyhe bezel made of? looks like ceramic
Hi and thanks for watching. At the time the sales listing did not list it so I could not say but it certainly looked like ceramic.
👍
I wonder if the bezel and bezel insert from my broken 007 will fit on this one.
I do not believe they fit sorry :(
I just received my watch 5 days ago, I am very impressed with the watch ! I was curious about the side of the bezel, it looks like it was made of plastic !
It will be the gloss finish in the polishing...it is stainless steel:)
@@johnswatchjoint thanks for your quick response ! Keep up with the hard work on your watch channel !!
@@danielcordero2282 no worries. Bezels are usually made of the same material as the watch. Nowadays it is the bezel insert that is usually something different, ranging from aluminium to ceramic. Thanks for watching and remember to subscribe :) !
You can get this for 47$ now if you add some cheap item with it so 45$ code can kick in. Add like a strap buckle or something.
very similar to the King Turtle
Does anyone know of a jubilee "jingly jangly" that will fit this watch? With curved end links? Thanks in advance
Don't think you will find one. Plenty of straight end link JJ bracelets to be had relatively cheaply.
Tandorio offer the watch with steel bracelet now. Maybe try contacting them directly. No idea on quality or price, though ... I only know they charge you $6 for steel over the rubber strap when buying the watch
Do you get hit with customs tax when it gets to uk ?
Always allow for it. Though at this price it is minimal.
Hi, Look's Great! How much sec at the Day+-? Greetings Mario
Hi Mario. I no longer have the watch but it was well regulated from memory so no issues :)
Had mine for a week now and it's -5 seconds (for the whole 7 days, that is)!
Downsides: crown is misaligned on mine, there are tiny imperfections on the Pepsi bezel (which is definitely aluminium and not ceramic) and the lume on the hands, as opposed to the dial, is utter shite.
Hi , whats the water resistancy and is it ok to swim with? Thanks
It's in the video. I would not risk swimming with one.
@johnswatchjoint ok thank you
I rinsed it under the tap for 10 seconds and water got into it. Straight into the bin. Very disappointed. Not even splash proof.
what's the lug to lug?
Check it on the link description. I believe it was 42mm but it was a long time ago :)
The watch looks great, that buckle IS horrendous
Ok?
It is great value, and attractive... I just don;t trust the 200m water rating.... I don; tthink they test them
As I said it looks like an SKX013 but the water resistance rating has to be questioned. Most don't mind as they do not dive.
Sorry maybe I've missed it on the video, what's your wrist size?
6.75 imches
If they would make a 44mm for my 7.5 inch wrist, I would be in love. But, its too small for me at 41mm.
42mm is my absolute minimum diameter for my cheap-ish beater watches.
For my Swiss watches I go down to 40mm though. 😂
Wow. 44mm is VERY large for 7.5 inch wrist but hey, everyone has their own preference:) I used to wear 42 mm but have found for tool watches that is too big for me. The ideal tool watch size for me now is 36mm. Again that is my choice based on activities, sport, DIY etc. Remember to subscribe ;)
Hay uno igual de titanio
I have seen that but it's slightly more expensive.
Yeah but they're not water resistant are they?
Anyone who watches my videos regularly knows that any water resistance claims on these watches are just that. "Claimed". Run along now.
@@johnswatchjoint Hmm, I was referring to the recent "I like watches" video concerning this brand and a pressure tester. Dunno if not being a regular viewer makes me worthy of being told to "run along" but I will certainly do just that. Thanks for the heads up.
@@jamesblonde2271 It's not a case of being worthy, the comment was made to to get a response. My smaller Tandorio has not let me down in all kinds of weather and when I have been in the water paddle boarding. Do yo have the watch or do you just base your comment on a video you have seen. That is all I was getting at when your message woke me up this morning!
