    Looks good, man. I would pan-fry the boiled eggs to enhance their texture. Then, add suger to the same pan to "thang nuoc mau".

    I would recommend you to fry the skin of the boiled eggs. It will helps to absorb the sauce into the eggs betters and easier to handle with chopstick.

    The video is a year old, and you probably have made changes to your overall cooking process. But please: buy pork fat and render out to make lard to replace your typical cooking oil. It WILL elevate your cooking alot. Avoid all the supermarket bottled oil. Pork fat in Vietnam is very cheap, and the crispy pork fat you get is perfect for green onion oil (often seen in Com Tam)
