Jo came to train and teach a few times at Thai Top Team when I went there. He's a great guy and an absolute powerhouse. He doesn't take himself too seriously though. I asked him once if he loved fighting. He said "I like fighting. I love snowboarding."
Coach what is your background? Ive just found this channel and my thoughts are these: 1- you are super young, 2- your technique is beautiful, 3 - its not just me, pros are training with you. Please elucidate a new fan :)
Awesome video! Any tips for new guys to improve fast? I wanna get more confident so I can start sparring and catch up to my little brother. I’ve been stretching to open hips for better kicks and practicing techniques taught in class everyday or every other day.
I’ve had the pleasure of holding pads for Jo before. Kicks sound like thunder lol

This sums him up perfectly

My coach always said, "you're only as good as your pad holder". Great work and commentary.

Keep training with intent, if you do rounds with purpose and develop a plan to improve your fundamentals you’ll be a beast in no time.
Jo did well against Tawanchai in his kickboxing fight that to me he won. Hopefully he gets a rematch soon.
