I felt the need to split after the first email to whether or not they purchased after that first email and then doing that again after the 2nd email...is that overthinking it? I noticed a huge dip in open/click rates for those that already used the code after their first email.
Some brands add conditional splits every time someone doesn’t buy to send them the next email of the flow, but this is not necessary since you set up a flow filter from the beginning that excludes people that has already bought.
when you talked about how having a long welcome series can overload the customer when u send campaigns. is there a way you can keep the flow long but exclude those in the flow so they cant receive campaigns?
But you want them to receive campaigns since that generally fits the context of when you send better I.e. sales periods etc. I suppose you can create a segment which is defined as joined X list in the last Y days (however many days the welcome series goes on for) and use that as the exclusion segment
Omg glad I found this
Great video.
thanks daniel
Just to clarify, create a dedicated list for pop-up sign-ups and another for customers synced from Shopify ?
Nice video! Litterally uploaded a video yesterday on the same topic!

I was thinking the same?

The only thing is that right now will be good to hable the double opt on because the new gmail and yahoo regulations
Is there a way to trigger Welcome Series from multiple lists/forms?
Multiple forms yes - lists no (fix for this would be to have it trigger based on segment and have a segment that compiles all lists)
feels bad to hear that a double opt in is so much less effective.... in germany you have to use it because of the law :(
as if they really gonna audit on that lol.. Just put single opt in
Your talking a lot but your not really showing how to do anything
get a microphone you can speak into and a new camera, you do look like you have the money
