dorman 14797 Is what I used and you can buy it at almost any auto parts store. The one I bought slips on the shifter shaft first and then with a little lube slip on the cable loop over the shaft with the bushing already on the shaft and with very little effort it will snap in place.

I appreciate your help with this issue but in your video you keep saying "a uh..." and then repeating and it takes you forever to say what you're trying to say. I'm not being rude. I'm just straight forward and the reason I even say anything is my sister is the same way as you when she's explaining something and it drives me crazy.
