This is amazing I love that it's so detailed am I am starting my journey over again as well I got me a new machine and a juicer and I am working on my BMI a.m. hopefully I can get the last 12 to 15 pounds off that I want within the next few months so continue to keep encouraging thank you so much for sharing and awesome
Hi Penny! It's rare that I meet anyone who's my height. I'm usually the shortest person in the group. So, nice to meet someone my height.😊 Keep in mind that every one carries weight differently and we also can hold on to more/less water. Just a few months ago, I weighed slightly more (158) than this; I started working out consistently in February. But, I've figured out what I need to do and my weight is finally going down. Hi miss Evelyn I AM in my fortys and I have eat healthy lifestyle always have I can't eat cake pastys cheese candy or take away I eat veg meals with chicken breast and Lean meats I walk clean walls and wash the house everyday😒😒I drink water and tea and coffee with no milk and half a tea spoon of surgar and eat wholemeal bread every two days just one slice toaster dry no butter with my weak tea and I have a small tea plate which I have a Vegas and or I have plain rice with cut salad with hot chili sauce or soya sauce and I exsice and I have one egg plan scrabble no butter nothing with tomatoes bell pepper and plain onions sprinkle with herbs ad spices I have cut out dairy for the last two years take aways last five years can't eat chips or any think it gives me headaches and can't have dairy I'm lactous intorant so I'm still putting on weight I snack on celery apples plums carrots and I don't eat any chips Candy's I make healthy foods I do alot of salads.cook meat in water or conla oil or a healthy oil dont use alot.and.if I have hot.chips oven baked and no oil I do snack on cashier nuts and almonds and do drink wine but not much I just don't know where I'm going wrong I eat alot less salt and sugar and dairy more veg and lean meats cooked.healthly😔😔😯😯♥️♥️♥️
Hi Corinna! Check out the State of Slim book. The link to the book is in the description box. It sounds like you are doing something similar to the plan, but you need to tweak a few things. Tip, when you snack be sure to include a protein source with your snacks. Try to have some source of protein with each meal you eat. Thanks for sharing and I wish you much success on your journey! You might be consuming more cashews, almonds and wine than you should too. Nuts are high in fat and easy to over consume.
