There are literally thousands of musicians who can replicate songs technically. There are much fewer who can do that with passion. You guys do. Bravo.
Written by Homer Joy who lived in Spokane, Washington at the time. Went to Bakersfield, wrote the song in one night. Took it to Buck's studio the next day.
We should just list the instruments that Mr. Vandemark does NOT play! LOL! This was terrific - love both vocalists.

Excellent cover of the famous old Buck Owens song. The piano accordion really enhances this song, as does the other male singer joining in. The blonde girl playing fiddle is very talented, too.

Man, blast from my childhood! The bass player has a great feel for replicating Dwight’s voice…and the acoustic player…spot on with the Buck vocals…now..all he needed was the flag acoustic and the bounce that Buck would do! Just kidding! Very well done!

Mike, is there anything you CAN'T play. Rocking a Accordion. Not the typical instruments folks learn today. Mexican music it's still a dominant instrument. Other than that, it's pretty much forgotten. Jealous of your versatility. Was a pleasure to listen to.
