well persian empire was the most famous and most worthy to do video cause of number of reasons but ill just start with one and that is Persian empire was the first to (created human rights)

After the Mongols, the minor Persian kingdoms never expanded in to non Persian lands. And only after a Timurid invasion was an independent united Shahdom of Persia established under the Azeri and over time more and more Persian Safavid dynasty. The only lands beyond Persia that they ruled over were Mesopotamia and lands in the Caucasus.
So no, Persian expansion definitely wasn’t initiated by outside conquerors.
