Looks like another nice journey with such modern trains and super clean stations and all so efficient and fit for purpose, unlike train services in UK which are dreadful, extortionately priced, frequently delayed or cancelled and overcrowded 🤠
The trains are modern and fast. and the stations look huge. Are the ticket prices affordable, at low cost ? China proves that’s it’s possible to improve the nations railway infrastructure for the benefit for its massive population .
That’s true! 😂 but as long as you aren’t having to rush through the busy crowds it’s fun for people watching, it’s amazing how organized and easy getting onto the train ends up being with so many people there.
That’s true, there are many great cities to live in within 30-60 minutes of Shanghai. Cities like Wuxi, Hangzhou, Suzhou. Much more inexpensive to live in too.

China is just so big. The view is so far away. The silhouette of the building is like the scene you see in computer games.

Hi Roger! 🙂 Yeah, they are pretty affordable and if you choose to take a slow train they are very very inexpensive.
It can get quite intimidating by seeing the sheer size of the train station😅

Another good point about Nanjing is that all the hustle and bustle of central Shanghai is just 1-hour fast train away.
