Ny rappers literally just started using UK beats and act like they created their own subgenre of drill. They didn't. It's just Americans rapping on UK beats. No disrespect to pop though, he was hard and one of the few NY drill guys that actually paid homage. He also said himself he agrees that UK producers run the NY sound right now. The song that blew him was produced by a UK producer
