Egg-6
Chopped capsicum-2(medium)
Chopped onion-3 (medium)
Chopped green chilli-2 to 3
Chopped garlic-8 to 10
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Tomato puree-1 cup(100 gm)
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper(grounded)
Italian mixed herb(optional)
Chopped coriander leaves

My whole family make this recipe and we use lots of minced garlic, roadster peeled green pepper, chopped peeled tomatoes, salt, cumin, brown sugar, turmeric coriander seeds and leaves, cayenne pepper, pepper paste, cumin and a pinch of cinnamon and let it cook till slowly till it looks like a heavy gravy and add eggs in the last minutes preferably in tajine minutes cooker... This is an original version and it's really delicious I hope you give a try... I'll try it your Indian way this weekend thank you so much for bringing back to me those beautiful memories 😍

Yummy 😋. Aaj dinner me banaya aur yakin kre ye itna achha bna ki main words me bta nhi sakti. Apki batayi hui Kai recipes jaise shakshuka,dahi gost, bread pizza, bread ras malai, butter paneer etc maine try kiya h aur har bar sari dishes itni perfect hoti h. Mujhe khana banana bilkul pasand nhi tha bt thanks to u ab main cooking enjoy krne lgi hu. Khana banate waqt mere husband se main apki hi baat krti rhti hu,wo v mujhe khush dekh k bht khush hote h aur mere sath sath apki v khub tatif hoti h table pe. Thanks once again. Love from Delhi.
