    Nice one thanks.
But assuming am using cow leg can I boil it with onions, thyme etc as if am boiling meat for stew? Also, can I use the same stock to melt my Ngó potash? Thanks

What did you make at the start before you listed the ingredients and how much did you use of it?

I'd like to know where I can get those wooden bowls made or buy? The ones used to showcase the ugba & palm oil

This was such a delight to watch.... So there is no cooking of the sauce or anything?

Thank you 🙂 You do not need to cook the sauce. Cooking after you've made the ngù sauce will only thin it. This is how it's traditionally made in Igbo land ♥️🍃

Hi please I'm not Igbo but I'm so much interested in making this. However, I have no idea what ngu is or how to make it. Can you please explain that.
    Thanks

Ngu is a burnt plantain peel or from a burnt stuff like that in a palm tree
