VICTORIA'S VICTORIOUS VOCAL EXERCISE PROGRAM - a different kind of singing program! SUPER AFFORDABLE! MORE INFO & ORDER HERE: www.healthyvocaltechnique.com/order-victorias-victorious-vocal-exercise-program/
Dear Victoria, you are wonderful! I would like to purchase your vocal exercise program, but I don't know which one I should choose. I am a complete beginner and would like to learn singing for fun and enjoyment.
@@cathybrelsford4365 Thank you for your nice post! In answer to your question, each program covers 2 1/2 octaves in range. If singers are not sure of their voice type, I recommend ordering alto/mezzo-soprano for women and bass/baritone for men, especially for beginners. That is for lower to medium voice types, so unless you consider your voice to be high, this should work. If not, you have 30 days to switch to the higher voice category.
I always Loved singing. I grew up in a society that shamed it. Now I'm opening myself up again to more singing. This helps me so much to feel more open and confident in self expression. Even if I never will sing to an audience. Thank you 💗
I too prefer smooth, even voices throughout the range such as those of Judy Collins or Fritz Wunderlich, to name some of my favorites. Good lesson today.
I honestly notice a lot of issues with my voice like squeezing high notes and a lack of breath support to where I sound pretty airy. I guess I will just jump down the rabbit hole of your videos!
Yes, the B plosive energizes the vowel and arches the soft palate without being too much, and promotes clean vocal fold closure. UH is a neutral vowel, neither too dark or too bright.
You're so awesome. I love your lessons. You have a wonderful attitude and always have so much good information about how to improve upon our voices. Thanks a lot!
Do you mean the e-books? Those are available for IMMEDIATE download after signing up on my mailing list. Did you follow the link in the description box to sign up? If you did, I suggest doing it again. Perhaps it went to spam or you had a typo.
Thanks for all your help and videos:) I have a question if thats ok. I'm having some trouble with resonance. I tried the NNN exercise you recommended as the NG doesnt really work for me. The problem is I dont always feel it resonate and my voice gets stuck in the back of my throat. Is there a specific tongue position thats needed for the NNN to work or are there any other resonance focused exrecises that you would recommend? Humming doesnt always seem to work for me either. I was subscribed to your online voice lessons but need to renew it. Thanks again:)
Okay, without hearing and seeing you, I am going to assume your tongue is flattening or being pushed down, which is causing this stuck feeling on the back of the throat. Try exercises on MEOW (like a cat) and also humming with the tongue over the bottom lip. As far as humming, do it as if you have water in your mouth (space between the back molars). If you renew your membership (which is at a discount, by the way) I recommend that you join one of our group classes and show me where you are having trouble. I can probably help fix it!
