So I did this lemon trick and my chopping bored smells worse somehow?
Enjoyed the video! :)
Nice video - can you share what type of wireless microphone you use/recommend? Thanks!
Thank you. Just bought a beautiful cutting board from HomeGoods and wanted to know how to disinfect it. Do you have any vids on how to care it? Keeping it from looking dry and worn? Ty...
Thanks! Gotta oil the wood ones as well.
Don't forget to re season the wood board. A GOOD well/ properly seasoned boad can be used for anything
Ideally, use the lemons you have already juiced. The waste still has enough juice/pulp to clean.
Do you have a video on your kitchen tools and equipment? I'm a real food family chef (aka Mom) but also trying to minimize our kitchen stuff! Thanks!
Hi Julie, Thanks for the comment. I just wrote about my kitchen and the tools I use, read it here. livesimply.me/2016/03/16/minimalist-real-food-kitchen-go-tools/
Hello. Where did you find the sprayer that fit the peroxide bottle perfectly? I need one of those :). Thanks.
Your style reminds me so much of Alexis S from Simple Roots Wellness. She doesn't UA-cam but y'all are both clean/simple/real foodies! Love your videos!
I know Alexis very well. Thanks

Why can’t you use a wooden cutting board for meat? Research has shown that wood is better for meat because the surface of plastic cutting boards gets more cut up and has crevices where bacteria likes to hang out. A well oiled wood will also have natural anti microbial properties.
Why not meat?
Did you say hydrogen peroxide?
Sounded that way to me.
They actually did a lab study. The wood cutting board is totally safe for raw meat.
It's completely fine to cut meat on your cutting board.
