Thank you sir, new learnings ako palagi sa channel nyo. Thank you po.
Ang ginamit po dito na formula sa video is for Lap Splice Lengths of Deformed Bars and Deformed Wires in Compression
As much as possible we avoid tension splice, but in rare cases always check moment diagram. Ensure all the required rebars are in-place within the tensile zone. Thanks
Thank you Engr for the information. Just want to share na nagbabago po ang splice location if the member is intended for seismic purposes like girders. Thank you po
for Special moment frames bawal mag splice sa support .. splicing is only allowed after twice the depth of beam from the support at 50 percent per beam cross section.. yung explanation ni sir sa splicing location at bottom bars at the support is only applicable for beams/girders recieving gravity loads only.. please see NSCP
Salamat po ^^ more videos to come po hehe

I'm your regular follower.for every new upload. Very informative
Thanks
Very well explained!! 👏🏼👏🏼
Hi sir, please cover din po yung commercial, procurement and QS topics.
Hi sir i hope gumawa rin kayo ng explanation about sa middle third ruling na usually ginagamit for pouring strip or construction joint. Salamat 😊
Thank you God bless po

Allowed po bang gumamit ng 12mm rebars for beams on two storey residential building? Thank you po.
@@UwU_UwU_69 minimum 16mm main bars, baka hindi ma approve sa building permit if you use 12. Thanks

@UwU_UwU_69 try to increase numbers of rebars in critical section but make sure to check clear space between bars, or increase beam depth. Thanks
For compression splice use 28 x bar dia.
@@jsdesign_engineeringtv3633 Thank you po! 😊
Salamat if masagot
@@bandz5433 for tension splice use 50 bar diameter

Thanks for the added info. Check mo lang sa rebar detailing there's a lot of useful information there.
As long as you are within the comp. zone and let the aggregate pass through its good. Thanks
