    🥞Sweet Corn Bun (6 pcs)
    -170℃ 15-20 minutes
    *ingredients
    -Bread dough:
    180g bread flour, 20g soft flour, 10g powdered skim milk, 20g sugar, 3g salt, 5g yeast, 1/2 egg, 40g heavy cream, 80g water, 15g butter
    - Corn Filling:
    1 can of corn, 1Ts of mayonnaise, 1g of salt, 1 bag of corn soup powder (using Bono products), 100ml of hot water
    -topping:
    80g butter, 1/2 egg, 50g sugar, 50g corn flour, 1g salt
