If you jaywalk, dressed in black, in the dark, in bad weather, and DON'T look for traffic before crossing.... you're lucky that you're still alive! Don't do that. Tell others NOT to do this. The damage is done whether the driver stops or not.
This area has the worst drivers. People have poor driving skills and drive like a bat out of hell. I would not walk on this road.
