      It depends on whether ir was out out or failing. I have had two transmissions go bad. Both times the vehicle was still drivable but wouldn’t accelerate past a certain speed, and I could hear it was having trouble switching gears. Then I got a check engine light. I was able to drive it to the mechanic shop both times. The second time I didn’t take it to the shop right away because I needed to get to work. I just stayed off the freeway until the end of the week.

  • @projectbeutay
    @projectbeutay Рік тому +40

    I think she is panicking because like most Plaintiff's, she thinks that the legitimate possibility that she was wronged should outweigh any missteps on their part. So Plaintiffs like her, get frustrated, defensive, or hysterical, (as is the case here) when they are being interrogated about their missteps including questions that dont fit what their focus is. Here, the woman can see Judge judy begining to question the possibility that the lady would not be in this situation had she A) made all payments to avoid repossession or (B) had insurance to recover for a stolen vehicle. That much is clearer by Part 2 but it starts here. So the Plaintiff is getting uncomfortable because she was only prepared to or only wanted to focus on the fact that she paid a guy for a service that she didnt get AND not the reason why she didnt get it. I get it. It's like Im here because sold me a service to fix my diamond ring before it was stolen. I feel like they owe me a refund because I no longer have the jewelry, more over I really think they were in on it. But here you are asking me jewelery and you are asking me about whether I finished paying off the jewlery or whether it was insured. Im freaking out because you are looking for reasons to undermind my issue.

    What is wrong with people going into debt to the tune of $12,000.00 for a car? That's stupid; cars immediately depreciate the moment you drive off the lot - you don't buy things on time that depreciate - only things that appreciate - like real estate.
    If you can't afford a nice car? Drive a junker you can afford until you have more money - at least you don't have to worry if you lose our job someone is going to be after you. As I said, people who buy things like this on credit aren't very bright.
